Reports criteria - advanced filters, can these have a lookup function?
I have created a report that users can run to see all the Contacts at a Company (Account). Is it possible to make the field where they enter the Account name a lookup so the company name will appear when the user starts typing? At the moment you have to type in the exact Account name as text which means results aren't always accurate. Please see attached snapshot to see the area I am talking about for clarification. Thanks.

click to call skype?
When I click on the phone icon (skype) to call a contact in zoho it opens up my skype and tries to make a call but disables because it thinks the call is going to another country or the wrong # or something.. Can I make skype calls using zoho? I'm using the lastest skype update. What is a fix?
Deactivate/Delete
If I understand correctly, deactivating a user keeps them in the company's CRM but does not use up a license while deleting them removes them from a company's CRM completely. Is this correct? When a user is deactivated/deleted, what happens to their comments and e-mails associated with leads and accounts? Thanks.
Can't create custom field?
I do not appear to be over my limit for custom fields, but I'm not allowed to create one. Am I doing something wrong? The field looks like it's outlined in blue and I can't click on it to add a field name.
New user - Role picklist not appearing

No notification or e-mail reminder send
Hello I have been having some trouble with Zoho CRM. When I make a task and want a reminder on email, I don’t get a notification on e-mail. Furthermore, I don’t get notifications of any updates in the systems, if one of my co-workers are making new leads etc. At the same time my co-workers gets notifications and e-mail reminders when they do the tasks for themselves. But if I make the task for them, they don’t get either.
Can we export the records that were not imported during an import session?
Let's say - I tried to import 10,000 records. 7000 got imported. 3000 didnt get imported because the mandatory fields were missing in them. Can I export those 3000 separately so that I can work on it and re-import? I was told at the CRM workshop that you can export it! I have a number of lookup fields in my Potential records, and I'd like to restrict the contact lists that pop up when I access those lookup fields. update empty record of a lead by api
Hi I'm trying to update the broker's name field that the lead is sent to. when I'm creating the lead there is no broker so the field is exist but stays empty. now when I'm trying to update him by update-record post request its stays empty! Zoho insertRecord API doesn't handle duplicateCheck=2 properly if request contains multiple items
I noticed that when I insert a multi-record request to the insertRecord api method with duplicateCheck=2 , that the behaviour of the request (as in if it will update or insert) is determined by the first record. If the first record exists then it simply updates the first record and the rest of the records are not created since it cannot find them in the zoho database to update. If the first record doesn't exist, it simply inserts all records regardless if there is already a duplicate record present.
Unable to see campaigns and emails
Hi, One of my staff members uses Gmail for his email. He has integrated it in with Zoho Crm. Recently, We had a security issue and we issues 2 Factor Authentication on all of our gmail accounts. Since this change, we aren't seeing any emails in the lead record. We have generated a new application password on google but the emails still aren't showing up. Any suggestions?
How to get the all child records at a time per module using developer api?
I am having 16000 leads and for each lead i mapped 3 childs. To get the child records we need to pass parent id(Lead id). per 1 lead i have 3 childs so, I need to made 3 api requests. per 16000 leads * 3 = 48000 api requests. So it leads my regular api request limit. Is there any possibility to reduce the api requests to get the child records? If possible please provide me a solution.

Hi all, I'm new to Zoho CRM and trying to get it all setup and working for my business. One thing i find very important is getting avatars from social media into my CRM. Personally i think this is a feature Zoho has to have from itself since a lot of simpler CRM's already provide this. But for now it will do with my Google Apps Contacts sync. I got it all synced up, but i notice that the contact with avatar in my Google Contect do not have a avatar in in Zoho. How can i achieve this?
Custom Module - dependency between Account and Contact
We'd like to record key Interactions so they are elevated above the general day to day clutter of tasks etc. This will help us to manage our relationships with our customers. An interaction will take place between one of our team and our customer (Contact and Account). I'd like to be able to specify the Contact and have the system populate the Account or Vendor from the Contact so that they show up in the Account or Vendor related lists. Error with Social Network Features
Dear Support Currently, I can't work with Social Network feature of Zoho CRM . It's just show "Loading" icon while I connect to Leads profile and I can't Click "Add Button" of Tab Unknown on Social Module. Is it have problem with your system or my account? ZCRM Date Time Input Changes
29 days ago I wrote the note below note about changes to data and time selection. The change introduced more "clicks" in our user workload but they could still enter a customer time. However, today, my users are very distressed because the only time options available are 30 minute increments and this is a serious problem for us. Show Vendor Field in Potential
When we setup a vendor we allocate them to a product manager group. Example we would have Cisco as vendor and Networking as PM Group. this is setup in vendors. In a potential we pull up the related vendor (ie: Cisco) and would like to automatically pull up the PM Group in the Potential.

Web to Lead Form With Two Different Free Reports
I have two web to lead forms set up to receive leads' information and send them free reports. Each form is on a different landing page, and each subject is different. I want to capture the leads AND know which lead is associated with which subject (free report). All I see now in the notification to me (lead owner) is the form information: First Name, Last Name, and Email address. How do I indicate which report the lead received? Thanks!

'Company name' not uploading from CSV file
Hi, I have just tried to upload a CSV file with some new contacts and everything has uploaded fine, apart from the Company name which is missing. This should have worked as next to the Company ID field in the upload I selected the Company name from the file. I have done this twice to be sure and it has still not filled in the company name.
