Whan you modify an activity from a Potential
Hi guys, this is the issue that I encuntered. From inside a Potential I create a new activity uusing Log a call . Then I choose an outbound Call type, Completed call in details, I put the description and I saved . Then from the Potential details I edit ed the call. First issue is that marked as an inbound call even if I selected outbound when I created it. Now, once I save my modifications the activity disappear from inside the Potential . I can only see this activity in the general activities list

Multiple emails per lead and contact (for Email Gadget recognition) needed
Most people (leads and contacts) have multiple email addresses. This is a problem for the Google Gadget to recognize them as already being a lead or contact if they have not used the exact same email as the one used in their initial contact. Adding existing emails to contacts on CRM
I am still in the 15 day free trial and adding contacts to the CRM. Is there a way to add existing emails from Outlook onto the CRM and attach to the contact? Also, can we move a 'Lead' to 'Contact' without having to enter the details again? Thanks
Cannot delete Roles due to "Role Name Lookup" not working
I created a few roles (for only 2 users) that now I want to delete. However the "role name lookup" box does not give me any options to assign the role/users to. I also want to reassign a user to a lower role I created, but am not given any option to do so. Again the "role name lookup" does not work even though I have created several roles. Thanks!

Sending mail
Good morning, there is a user sending mails from the CRM but the copy of the mail is not saved in the mail. Other users may see on your Mail all emails sent via SOHO.
New lead screen is different than the custom lead module I set up.
My customer lead module is set up the way I want it, but the lead view screen is different. It combines the first and last name into one field and it throws the formatting off. Anyone know how to fix this?

These are stored in a multiselect pick list, for example. > Product A > Product B > Product C > Product D These products are very specific and sometimes a customer is interested in A and B and not C and D. I'm using a free version of Zoho as I'm testing it out for my company. I have my account as an admin and then I've set up another account in an non-admin role. I'm trying to figure out how I can share leads with this other account. I've follow the data sharing rules here (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/security/data-sharing-rules.html) I can click Setup > User & Permissions but I don't see any option for "Data Sharing Settings " Any help is greatly appreciated!
Can't delete mobile number under User settings
For some reason, we cannot delete the mobile phone number under our User settings. When we delete it and choose Save, it gives a message of "updated successfully", but the mobile number stays in the field. ZohoCRM Enterprise and Zapier are not working together for an Instant Trigger. I have set up an automation rule & webhook for an instant trigger using Zapier to autosend a document template from Cudasign when a specific field is updated within ZohoCRM. Zoho and Word Docs
The Documents tab within CRM royally messes up the formatting of Word documents, rending it nearly useless. Please, please make the two work better together. It is causing more problems than it's worth and is a huge waste of time to have to reformat documents simply because I'm trying to share them with my team.

API Token with Limited Permissions?
I need is to create an API token with that can only add a new leads to the CRM. Other permissions such as View/Edit of any data should be denied when using this limited token. The API token would be used to add just a couple of leads each day to the CRM from emails. From what I can tell this is probably possible, but seems to require creation of a dedicated user, setting the limited permissions for this user, and then an API token from that user. Embed field data to Subject field.
Greetings, I am trying to set up the follow: I have a contact record open. On the right hand column I click on "Send Mail". Mail form pops up. Most header fields are populated (except Subject:) I would like to capture and embed the "Account Number" into the beginning of subject line of the email form. NOTE: the are 2 fields "Acct ID" and "Account Number". Example: SUBJECT: ENG-1002 - Leaving the space after the dash for me to add to the subject title. Hopefully this is possible.... Hi, i have several questions on the possibility to automatically assign tasks: 1.Is it possible to stop Sales Manager from moving the potential from one stage (ex. Qualification) to the next one unless he/she fills in certain fields, that we consider required for this stage? 2. We setup IMAP email integration but the Email section is not showing up in the Related Items list when editing the Organize [module] Details settings window. Is there anyway to move the Email section to the top of the record details?
