How to import Sales from ebay and/or Amazon
Hello, I tried to import my sales from ebay into Zphp CRM, After uploading the xls sheet in Zoho, the screen with the available fields is shown. But I see the field names of my ebay excel sheet but I am not able to choose a corresponding field in Zoho CRM. I this fields are shown the entry "Keine" in german, what means "no" in english. I need to import all sakes from the marketplaces in Zoho to create a marketing campaign. Anyone able to support me? I am really new with Zoho. Regards Frank

I have a free edition of Zoho CRM. I have tried some API calls, and for some I have got error: 4502 - module doesnt support in your edition (e.g. Cases, Invoices, Notes, Potentials, PriceBooks, etc.). Am I doing something wrong, or is not this functionality supported in free edition? Thanks, Darko

Hi, My requirement is that we need to update/insert data into CRM which we receive from third party API. In my case, I have got the data to be inserted in the form of Java object. I have seen the developer API to use insertRecord method. It asks me to create xml to insert data. But i do not know how to use that method. Is there a way not to have to build a search over and over and over?
Under contacts I build a search criteria to filter out clients to get a Total Number, then I go to build a campaign and have to build it all over again so I can add them to a Campaign, then I need to run a report, which again requires me to build the criteria for the search, so that I can upload it to a mail program. Workato Recipe for Connecting Zoho CRM to Quickbooks Online
I'm using a trial version of Zoho CRM Professional to test out the feature set. I'm using some canned recipes on Workato that are supposed to transfer data to Quickbooks Online from Zoho CRM based on a trigger. My connections appear to be good, but it doesn't look like Workato is able to connect to Zoho CRM or Zoho CRM isn't playing nicely with Workato. Is anyone else using Workato successfully to transfer data to Quickbooks Online from Zoho CRM?
Problem with accessing Contact in the Tasks screen
We are using the Free version of Zoho CRM. All of sudden I'm no longer able to access the contacts in the Task screen - I can't access it when I create a new task and I can't access it when I pull up an existing task under Activities. I'm a salesperson and need to be able to see the contact names when I've doing follow-up calls. Please help - I tried signing out and then signing in. Nothing seems to work. Outlook Add-In Email Sync Error

I have a potential in my system which closed in May 2015. when I look at the summary of May it does show as 0 . But if i click on the 0 than it will show the win closed potential behind the 0 of 12,000 USD. In an other occasion i have moved potentials to another later date. In the summary they still show as pipeline USD 142,000 but if i click in the USD 142,000,- is shows no details. In another occasion i look at 1,200,000 in 12 different potentials, but in the summary it shows only USD 583,000,-
