Import Limit
Hi, We start using Zoho CRM and actually using Professionnal Edition. I've seen about limit of 20 000 for import Data and i would like understanding what mean this limit exactly ? We use French setting language. When we use import option for leads, it tells us that the limit is "20 000 par lot" that we understant as "20000 max for each treatment (file)" Is it how it works ? Or the limit is for a day ? I can't imagine that limit is for all our company for ever... no ? Thanks for your answers.
Reassign notes & activities for a contact person that leaves the organization
What are you doing in such cases? I have created notes for contact persons about phone calls and meetings. And now this guy is leaving the organization. The notes are part of his old company and I want these notes to be reassigned to his successor. Is there a way in Zoho CRM to do this? Or what are you doing to prevent this from happening? Importing Contacts - Overwriting
I am trying to batch update contacts with one of a drop down field by creating a csv file with just account name, first name, last name and the drop down field I am trying to change. Before importing, I choose the overwrite option, however instead of overwriting the existing contact, it creates a completely new one with just those 4 fields specified. How can I adjust the contact listing under Accounts? I'd prefer to see job title vs fax# etc.
Under Accounts contacts are listed, but some of the columns are not useful to me, e.g. fax#. I'd even remove Mobile# in favor of job title. Is there a way I can adjust the columns that display in the summary contact listing?

Hello, I have setup my Gmail integration with Zoho and I can now view my emails within Zoho. However, when I am in an account or contact and click on their email, I get a window telling me that Outlook is not setup. Hello! We are trying to set up an email or desktop alert to remind our agents to call customers on certain dates, but they just don't work how they are supposed to be. We have already created the field on the invoice tab wich asks for the date to be reminded, we set up the date but nothing happends when the day comes, UNLESS you open the invoice thats when Zoho sends the email reminder. So basically, the feature works but only if you open the customer invoice, wich is useless we need it to be automatic

Why does Zoho adopt such archaic limitations on Export criteria?
I have been trying to overcome the ridiculously limited capabilities to export leads within Zoho CRM. Zoho limits export from the data base to the first 3000 records. Why 3000 records? Why the first 3000 records? The data file sizes are generally relatively small. Why would anyone choose to export the first 3000 records of a larger file without the benefit of a selection process? Even CRM applications in the 90's never dreamt of such an arbitrarily useless approach to exporting data. Moving on

import problems with closing date format
I exported all the potentials to a spreadsheet from Zoho, made changes to certain fields and now on trying to import.... nothing will be accepted due to the closing date format. I did not change anything in this field! All other date fields are being accepted as eg shown: 2014-07-25 This is in the same format as was exported so why is there this bug? Can't delete notes on sales account profile
Hi there, One of my users can't delete notes on one of his sales account, even if he belongs to a profile with the permission to delete notes. I've double checked under the Users & permission tab. He has no trouble with delete the whole sales account, but when he press delete note he gets the following error message: "Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Is there a way to add/link specific Contacts to specific Potentials? I can utilize the contacts feature in Accounts, but is there a way to link those and add to on specific potentials?
