Hi I have developed an application which imports the leads from Zoho CRM. The issue I am facing is that whenever I import the leads using the API, not all leads are imported. How to disable inheritance of ownership?
Hi support, In our organization we assign tasks to the users and - after - we assign a single lead to a sale agent. When we change owner also leads all tasks related are assigned to the new owner (sale agent). To replicate: - Create a new lead - Create a new task for the lead - Change lead owner - Take a view to task owner Could we disable inheritance to task or other related elements when we change Owner ? Plans for CRM and Projects integration
Are there plans to improve the integration of Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects? I was a bit disappointed to see that the only connection between both is associating a project to an account/contact/opportunity. I hoped that maybe tasks could be synchronized between both systems, so that the user has a single task list and a single calendar. Is that kind of integration something that we could expect in the future? We are users of CRM and interested in setting up an internal communication and project management
Mobile not syncing to desktop
I am using the latest android app, android 4.4.4, doing the troubleshooting on wifi. I just noticed when using my mobile, info I entered into an account yesterday is not showing up when I view the account on my desktop. Things I have tried: - on mobile - entered something in a unused field. went to home screen. went back to account. entry is still there. Opened account on desktop, entry is NOT there. Refreshed the page, no joy. Created a new account, then searched for it on desktop without success.

Workflow rule triggered by new email attached to contact?
Hi Team,, I would like to trigger a new workflow action based on a new email being attached to a Contact record. Is this possible? I am using Zoho Enterprise? Essentially I am adding an email to a Contact record via the BCC Dropbox function. When the email is attached to the contact record I want to fire and event. All Lead Fields not carrying over when converted to account
When a lead is converted, some of the completed fields are not carrying over upon conversion to an account. I created a custom pick list field in both Leads & Accounts, and when I convert the lead that field is blank in the account details.. This has not been a problem with this field previously. It just started happening in the last week.
Zoho Accounts/Contacts/Projects module
Our company is mainly a B2C company that has very little use for the accounts module. Is there any way the eliminate the accounts module and customize the contacts module to handle the low percentage of B2B business we do? One issue we have come across is that when we try to convert a potential to a project (utilizing the project module) it requires an account association. Is there any way to turn off that requirement? Most consumers that we work with do not have a company name. Thank you!!

Home screen - showing the User's name on Open Tasks

How to move from Capsule CRM
We have outgrown the functionality of Capsule CRM and want to import all the contacts and history into Zoho CRM. Unfortunately the exported contact fields and history are in the same complex .xlsx which makes import into Zoho CRM difficult. Has anyone successfully imported ALL Capsule CRM data into Zoho CRM? Report Scheduler has stopped working
Hi, we have a number of reports that we communicate to a select group on a regular basis. Initially the reports are sent as pee the schedule, but then without fail, one by one after a certain amount of time the process stops. It might run for 2 months, but then stops - is anyone else having similar issues?
New user cannot log in
I added a new user last night. She followed the link from her invitation email, created a password and logged in. She was active for a couple of hours, logged out and now, when trying to log back in, gets a message that her email is not recognised? Can anyone help?

How to remove a lead from the open leads list view?
I have leads that do not qualify as viable potentials currently. To remove them from the All Open Leads list view the options I have currently are to either delete them or convert them to an account. Neither of which I would prefer to do. I want to retain them in my leads database as historical reference in case I do cross paths with them again. Hello, I have exported my database to do a large-scale modification to records. Now, I want to import the database and overwrite it so I can have all my new data. I run into 4 problems: 1. Cases Module - Display is extending beyond normal page width
New issue this morning within Cases module, columns, rows and light gray heading bar (just above data) on the main display are extending beyond normal width (going far off to the right) and random cells in the over-extended region are then randomly picking up the gray background color of the page vs. normal white. Navigation Suggestions
I think it would be invaluable to have the top section of each screen (Navigation Bar and at the minimum the name of the record, e.g. Potential Name) remain visible no matter where you are in that record, similar to FREEZE PANES/FREEZE ROW in Excel. I recognize that the Potential name is at the bottom of each note, but it would be quicker and easier to identify when several different tabs are open.
