Synchronizing Google apps with Zoho CRM
I am trying to sync google apps with Zoho CRM and I am following the step by step guide provided by zoho. Once I reach step 4. In Zoho CRM, click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Google Apps > Email . I am unable to find google apps in the apps and add-ons tab. Do I need a paid version to do this?

Requiring Sales Personnel to step through every stage
I would like to force our sales personnel to step through every stage in order. Ideally, they would not be able to select the next stage unless they had gone through the previous stages. without this functionality, it is very difficult to capture a true statistical picture using Stage History as a basis. Associate one bid/opportunity with multiple accounts
We work with building/construction contractors. Our scenario involves sending out a bid for a particular job to multiple general contractors who are all bidding on the same job (see illustration below). With the default setup, creating a $100,000 bid for each of 3 contractors (but for the same job) would show $300,000 in the pipeline, however it is really only $100,000 since ONLY one GC will be awarded the contract. Sequencing workflows - assign a lead to lead owner before sending email from lead owner
We have an API that brings a new lead into zohocrm via web form. We then have two workflows, sequenced 1 and 2 that I want to: 1. Uses a custom function to assign a lead-owner to the lead (one of my salespeople) 2. Once the lead-owner is assigned, I want an instant email to be send to the lead from the lead owner using an email template. I can't get the sequencing to work. When the web-form entry is created, the initial lead owner is set to my colleague Rick who's our Admin. This is the default

Small Bug Report, Can't Go Back to Previous Page
Hey guys, Small issue I just found with the Zoho CRM - nothing major but slightly annoying. When I go to the 'Contacts' module for my account (I assume you can tell my account as I'm posting under it) - there are 10 contacts in the 'Active Contacts' view. Even though I select to display 100 contacts per page there is still the option to go to the next page.. and when I do.. I can't go back! It just says 'No contacts in this view'. It's easily fixed since I can just go to a different module and then
"Email Settings > POP (Zoho Mail)" is not appearing in my "Setup > Personal Settings"

Urgent!!! PO/Sales Orders/Invoices are not attaching to emails
Today we have an issue with attaching generated pdf's to any emails. Everything looks fine and we are getting "successfully sent" message after sending email as well as generated pdf file name on the right. But receiver do not getting any attachment. It brought so much mess today in our work process. Did anyone else experience the same issue?
Change default "Account Number" field to a text field
I have not had this issue myself but have noticed that when I create a custom field for say, a company extension, the field must be created as a text field because a number field will automatically remove the "0" should the extension begin with a "0." -- Just a thought but I'm sure someone out there has account numbers that start with "0" or a letter.
Re-scheduling task on CRM
Hi everyone, We had a problem with our subscription to CRM, and got downgraded to Free edition. After solving the problem, and going back to Pro Edition, we found that we cannot longer re-schedule task reminders. We don't even have the reminder option when creating a task from the Activities panel, the option only shows up when creating the task from the Contact or Account panel. Please help as we have to create every task from scratch in order to not miss follow ups... G Kato

Managing Workflows
Can somebody help as i am not getting much help from support or they don't understand what I'm asking I run a small business - there will only be 2 of 3 zoho users at present. However, we do need to be able to set up workflow processes for various of our services i.e. we want to set up a "job" and have a series of tasks within that job and preferably they will be automatically set i.e. once one "task" is complete the next "task" will appear based on a number of days after the first task is completed.

Setting up individuals who are not members of companies
I;m doing a test setup of ZOHO, for a company where 95% of the clients are individuals, not companies. I need to take a contact list, and assign a task to be associated with a customer [in the contact list] and assign that task to another ZOHO user. When I create a task, I see no way of assigning to another user. Also the summary list of Activities does not show the contact name, only task title and date

i have couple of interns working in, and i want them to take an organized approach while selling. This is what i want-: 1. I will have 5-6 sales stages 2. Each stage will have pre-defined tasks 3. Whenever a lead gets converted into an opportunity and enter first sales stage, system should automatically assign all pre-defined tasks of that stage to lead owner 4. Lead owner should not be able to move the opportunity to next stage unless he finishes all the required tasks possible with zoho crm? how?

We deleted all the users. Then we were trying to readd users the get the add user link but when they click it it takes them to the free verion not the company account Why?
No new reports show up in "Source reports" for Dashboard
Hello, I am relatively new to Zoho CRM and trying to figure out my way around it. I need to create a new dashboard and I don't see any new reports when I am adding components. I have already created a new folder and added a report there, however no new reports are showing up in the "source report" pull down menu, only old one. Please help. My subsciprtion type is Professional and I don't have any add ons to Zoho CRM. Thank you!
closed and won or lost
My questions relate to potentials closed wone or lost. Is the only way to remove Potenials from the list to delete them? If I delete potentials they are removed from potentials so I have noticed, however are they saved anywhere for historical reference, Ps We do not use the quote section as that is handled on another system Please advise
