Hello All, I am new to Zoho CRM and i would like to send some data. E.g. When lead get save to update, i would like to transfer lead email address and lead status to my another application. I created REST API where i can post this. but i would like to know that does custom function allow me to use JQuery AJAX post function ? can anyone provide me sample?
CRM gets stuck in Safari under iOS
When I log into Zoho CRM from Safari on my iPhone with iOS 8.3 and also from an old iPad with iOS 5.1.1 it simply gets stuck saying 'please wait' eternally. However when I access from chrome on the same iPhone it works fine.

Partner and Lead setup for mortgage

Form Return URL
Hi there, We've set up a custom form so that users can subscribe to our newsletter. Is there a way to get a status message as to whether the form was successful or not? At the moment, I notice that the input element with the name returnURL specifies which page the form goes to after it has gone through. However is there an option to pass a URL if the form fails? Hi - How can I create additional lead owner fields that show me the pick list to select the lead owner (users)? I want to set up custom fields (which I know how to do), but I'm having a hard time finding the "Lookup users list" I want to create a call back lead owner, 2nd call back lead owner, 3rd call back lead owner etc.
User Updates
In the Audit Log, this will tell you that a user updated an account. But it does not show you which update it made. Can you make it so that it puts a highlight over what was changed? In some cases, you cant see what was changed.

I seemed to have lost most of my contacts. Any idea why this would happen?
I have been adding people to my contacts for the last 12 months since starting Zoho. For some reason, almost none of them are there now - despite me manually putting them in or selecting to add them through their email. No Deduplicate Option Listed
I've uploaded hundreds of leads over the last few months and I know there are duplicates. According to this, https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/miscellaneous/merge-duplicate-records.html#Deduplicate_Records I should have a "Deduplicate" option under my Leads Tools. As you can see from the screenshot there doesn't appear to be one. I have the Professional edition so this should be a feature I have access to. Please help me turn screen popups/reminders off
I receive emails for each of my events that I create. Each day, I am constantly interrupted within Zoho with millions (I am exaggerating) of popup reminders. This is SOO redundant. I need them to go to my email because I can star them, read them or keep them unread. But please tell me there is a way to turn this screen popup nonsense. I attached the two screen shots that I get. This method would use the Record ID to identify whether to update an existing record or create a new one. Import XLS/CSV file directly without exporting first. Footer for Inventory templates
Are there any plans for adding the ability to put a header or a footer into the inventory templates? Or to create margins so that we can add our own header after it is converted to a pdf. The problem we are having is some of our inventory templates have multiple lines of product so that the content will go to the very edge of the page. I have tried to fix this issue using html but have had no luck so far. If anyone knows of a work around or code that will work please let me know.

Hi! We are trying to migrate to Zoho CRM and we are working with the contacts import. The import works fine, but I would like to include a relation the diffrent campaigns that the contacts has been involved in. I noticed there is a way to a mass updated on each campaign but we have a couple of hundred campaigns so that wont work to do it manuelly foreach campaign.
