How to get Lead names to appear in some reports
I'm trying to pull a view or report of all open activities/events, but on the Activity view the Lead name does not appear. If I pull the Acitivities report , only Contact names appear. I've tried to customize all to no avail....any ideas?
I'm an Independent sales rep and need a solution to track my "Leads to Accounts" sales progress among multiple (9) brands/companies???
I'm an independent wholesale apparel sales rep and have just started using ZOHO for my CRM needs. I currently represent 10 brands/companies and trying to figure out the best way to manage them from the Leads to the Account stage. Is it possible to setup each brand as a Territory within ZOHO? If not, what do you recommend as a good alternative? Many thanks for any suggestions!
Zapier with Zoho Subscription
I've created a Zap to connect Formidable Pro with Soho Subscriptions. When I try to test the Zap I'm receiving this error: JSON is not well formed. forecasts changed
Hello, My administrator has accidentally changed the forecast from Monthly to quarterly and with that action deleted the forecasts in the system. Typing in the forecasts again is not the main problem, the main problem is that i do not know how it happened and i do not know how to switch back from Quarterly to monthly forecast. Regards rene

Parse string query from webform to non-zoho webform on thank you page
Hi everyone, I have a prob I need some guidance with: we have a zoho web form embedded on a site to capture user enquiries. We need to parse the string query from the completed web form into a NON-ZOHO webform on a different page (thank you page) as pre-populated text. Force Update of Expected Revenue through custom function
I have created a custom function that when coupled with workflow rules will take the amount of a quote that has been marked as "closed won" and update the amount of the related potential to match. The workflow set also updates the potential stage to "Win" and the closing date as today's date. What I have noticed is that even though the amount has changed and the probability has been increased to 100%, it uses the old Amount for the calculation instead of the new one. CRM Zoho Mail Add On Users
How do I enable, disable Mail Add On Users now? Also, when I go into the Setup, Mail Add On Users, it simply shows my name. No selections to control the subscription, etc. There used to be an area in setup where you could select which users had access to certain features. Now there is not. Make exact copy of a zoho installation
Here is the scenario: I have one Zoho installation which I want to duplicate, including attached files, messages, basically - all of it. Duplicate results in Reports
In some of our reports within our CRM it shows duplicate entries which makes things confusing. It is an "Account and Contact" report where the Account Name is the main thing we report on. When we generate the report it shows me say 10 total accounts for this month, but often times 3 of the 10 are the same account. Not sure why this is??????? Please help!

Different prices for different customers

Overwrite Leads creating duplicates
I wanted to test the overwrite function when importing leads in to Zoho CRM. I first imported all my 500 leads, and everything was created as it should be. I then went on to "Import Leads" again, and selected the spreadsheet again, believing that as nothing had changed, it will say that no records created or updated. However, even though I have selected "Overwrite", it creates another set of 500 records. It is exactly the same spreadsheet, so it shouldn't be doing this. Any ideas on why this is happening?

Hi guys, is it possible to copy modules? I want to create something exactly like potencials, but i can not duplicate it. second question - can i choose with every new contact and oportunity... who can see them. I mean, if i want to create contact as a CEO but i dont want managers to be able to see it, can i chose for the contact to be visible only for me? Or do i have to do it for entirele module?

Hi, I want to convert my contacts from Leads to Potentials, and then move from Potentials to Accounts. First question: When converting from Leads to Potentials, if I just want to convert my contact to Potentials, is the one more new record in "Contacts" mandatory? I have setup a webhook to call my own web API. I am seeing the requests on the server but the URL parameters are not appearing. I have tested my API using a test tool and the parameters are appearing in the request. Zoho CRM to excel link
Hi, My problem is that we have a number of people who export a reports weekly in Zoho CRM and use Microsoft Excel to clean up the report say for example some of the fields that have free form text. What I was wondering is if there is anyway to have a link in Excel so that instead of having to clean up the same records every week is there a way to automate the clean information back from excel into zoho crm?
Inventory template 32000 characters
I'm doing an inventory template, I have just been given an error that I'm only allowed 32000 characters, fair enough, but I copied my templale into word and did a character count, My characters are less than 4000, no where near 32000, Whats going on?
Home Page Module Layout
How do you modify the module layout on the home page?
No email settings link???!!!
In Zoho CRM, trying to link email and pop.... in video tutorial it explains "the first thing you need to do is click on "settings" and click on "email settings". However no such "email settings" link shows anywhere. I know it is supposed to be under Personal Settings.... but it is not there. What am I missing? I can send emails directly from a Contact or Lead (via my Gmail), but if they respond it just goes to my Gmail inbox, and any thread is not documented or linked in Zoho CRM. Help?
Outlook Email from Acitivity
Hello, currently when we click on a contact's email it will open outlook. but if we click on the same email from an activity/task it will open the Zoho email. Is it possible to change this so it always goes through outlook? Thanks!

Captcha not showing on IE11
Hi, The captcha on the form from Zoho is not working on IE 11, and just on IE11 because it's working okay on Chrome and FF. The captcha is not displaying (please refer to the attached file). I used the embedded code option from Zoho Web Form and insert it on my page in WP. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Any plans to support this? I was told somewhere that ZOHO teams use MAC's, but yet it seems MAC's are last on the list of getting support. As more and more companies get sick of the PC down times, MAC is becoming a bigger player.

HI guys, I have two questions I have created 2 extra modules but want to associate module 1 with module 2 exactly the same as the way contacts stick to accounts....is this possible??? My second question is I would like to make a rule if field 1 is updated then field 2 also needs to be updated or else the record cannot be saved, is this possible??
See all emails for account
We are looking for a way to see all the emails associated with an account. Ideally there are times when we want to attach an email at the account level not at the contact or potential, but I guess being able to view them all would be a good work around. Thoughts?
Can not select saved email templates
Hello, I just created an email, saved it as a template, it does appear in my Template folder in email. I go to my Leads screen and select people I want to mail, select several, click Send Mail, the Select Email Template screen appears, but nothing appears in the drop down list. How do I get Zoho to use the templates I've created?
seeing received emails
Hi, I've imported leaded into zoho from wufoo, using a CSV file. If I send an email to a lead,using the ( Godaddy) email account that is linked to my account, I can see the email in their record in the 'emails' section. However, if they send me an email, I cannot see that. I can only see what I sent. Is there a way to see received emails as well. Many Thanks for any answers.
