Organising multiple contacts under a lead.
Hello, I'm implementing Zoho CRM for a company that calls people as part of marketing campaigns. Our workflow is as follows: We have companies that we want to contact and we have a database of multiple people working there that we want to contact. We want to keep track of our activities with each person individually. Right now, we've tried using a company as a lead, but Zoho CRM regards a lead as a person. How would I best implement our workflow in Zoho CRM without going "against" the design philosophy
Address autofill from Potentials to Quote
I can not find any work around that maps the address information from a potential to a quote or quote to a sales order. It seems I have to enter the information each time one of these is created from the other. Am I missing something, or is this really how the system works? Seems to me that leaves a lot of room for data entry error. That would be three separate times I would have to enter the information for one customer. Can I not create a quote from a potential?
Invalid Ticket ID on Each Custom Function I create

Zoho Calendar mismatch with Zoho Feeds
Every time I create a calendar event on my Zoho CRM calendar, the event shows up in Feeds an hour before the time that it was set up on the calendar. The calendar and Activities show the correct time but Feeds is always an hour before. I tried the same thing with an all day event and it appeared 1 day before the event in Feeds. What is going on?
Outlook sent emails not adding to Zoho
I have the Outlook plugin installed and all settings set, but emails I send from Outlook are not being added to Zoho. Do I need to do anything special for this to work, e.g. send with special function, as I assumed just using Send button on email would work? Thanks, Chris

2 Tax boxes in product Details

Email Issues/Observations
When you have the email integrated in to CRM, a few issues: 1. Writing an email then clicking on another module just goes to that module, losing the written response (if you hadn't sent it) (see point 2). BCC Dropbox to a Secondary Email
Hello, If I send an email to a lead or contact and the email in Zoho is listed as their secondary email address, I am not receiving the email history in the Zoho lead or contact. Record of a field change
It is possible to have a record of the old value when a certain field changes. In act the field was setup with history so if the price field changed you would have an audit trail of who, when and what the old value was.
Closing Open Activities
I have created some open activities and wanted to delete one of them. I click on the Del - and it shows 'Loading" in yellow, but nothing ever happens. What is the fastest way to delete an open activity - especially if we end up with a duplicate that needs deleting?
Sending Bulk Mail
Hi Zoho I am having problems sending 350 emails to our leads. We are on a Professional package and from what I have read we should be able to send this amount of emails in one go. However, yesterday when we tried to send we were stopped at 250. Are you able to advise why this may be the case? Regards Traxion Training

Lead related list to Product - created date of adding product
Hi All, Is there a way to get the date stamp of when a related list record (between Lead & Product) was added? I can see the dates the products were added/modified, but not when the lead had the product added to it. Thanks
uploading files
I have uploaded records from an excel spreadsheet. Most of them uploaded, but there are some that were 'skipped' for some reason. I am wanting to go look at the skipped ones, so I can get them uploaded. How do I see which ones were skipped?
CRM Search should also include Unapproved Leads
At present the CRM search is excellent and searches all the modules BUT it excludes UNAPPROVED items. This is not helpful since one needs to find a record and my UNAPPROVED list has more then 1500 records - how can I find such record without a search facility.

Date/Time Event and Field is off
We have had issues with the sync to Campaigns giving the wrong time when put into an autoresponder. ( When I insert a metatag with a date/time field into an email, it is off by an hour atleast every single time. This has created multiple issues with our clients.) We have been working on that for months and still not resolved. Still waiting for a repsonse. Now we have a bigger issue: When we create an event and invite someone to the event, they receive an email inviting them. The email itself says
iPhone CRM Event time
When adding an event on the iPhone the time is 1 hour advanced - for example if you choose 7pm on the phone, the CRM web site shows this as 8pm. The correct time is on the iPhone and its datetime settings are set to automatic - we have checked the time zones of the CRM and iPhone and they are both GMT. We have also tried this on an Android and the time is perfect. Is there a setting we are missing?
Importing Contact information, compiling multiple values into 1 field
Hello, I have been using the import contacts feature, via .csv file and it's working good. However, it would be very beneficial if I could compile 2 values into one field in Zoho. An example of this is first and last name. In the default contact information section, although it is importing first name and last name as separate values, once it's imported, it's showing first and last name in the same field, on the same line. I am using the import contacts feature to import orders from our website.

Hi, I have created function for approve n disapproved and also set in custom action in report. But I'm looking for, this approval should be visible based on roles. CRM Email Limits
Hi Zoho One of our users has attempted to send out a bulk email today through their Leads and could only send 250 emails. I attempted to send the remaining emails out through my account but was also met with a 250 maximum emails per day limit. We are currenly on the "Old Professional" plan as per the subsciptions page and we have 6 users. From what I have read, we should be able to send out 1,800 emails per day. Are you able to assist? Active Owner Contacts are not showing?
We have active owners set up for various contact groups. All of a sudden, I have a few active owners that cannot see their contacts, but can see others? How does this happen and how can this be fixed? When I open the contact, the active owner is correct.
Role lookup field not working
I'm trying to change the role for a user. However when I click in the field to change the role from "Technician" to "Manager", no input from the keyboard is allowed (I type Manager but no letters appear). If I click on the Role Lookup button, nothing happens. How do I get this to work? (I have more than 2 users)
