Link Zoho CRM to Zoho Creator
We have created a quotation calculator in Zoho Creator. This now needs to be linked to Zoho CRM so that it appears under the "Quotes" folder of Accounts in the CRM. This then allows us to see all the quotes given per Account and assess which have been converted.

Restore a Zoho CRM back up into... Zoho CRM
I used to manage all my contacts & opportunities with Zoho a few years ago. Before closing the account for a while, I had made a complete back up (10 USD) that left me with a data.zip containing in separate csv files all my data. I would like to start a zoho crm account again. I imagined that it was more than easy to make everything working again but so far i did not manage to. Does Unfollow button work?
I can't unfollow any lead or account. When press I Unfollow button, it looks like Lead in unfollowed. But when I open this lead again (or juct refresh the page) I see this lead as it is followed again. The same With accounts.
ID relation between lead and contact
Issue : I use API to insert lead and API returns me lead ID which I store in my system. In the moment when I convert lead to contact the ID of the contact is different. Question: probably I have to store some additional ID (which is the same for lead and contact) on my system? Because after conversion if i'll try to find lead by ID system will tell me that there is no such lead and my system will create new lead (which in fact will be duplicate of contact)
Contact details of a new lead should be sync with the contact list automatically.
Hello, I am very new user on the Zoho. Please help me on bellow cases. Case 1: When user creating a new lead. In this lead form almost all the contact information get filled by user. So after lead creation this new contact information should be reflect automatically in the contact list. But it is not displaying in the contact list. Case 2: A contact has been created in contact list already, if user want to create a lead for this contact, then how can I create a lead for this contact. Please help
Default email settings when sending from contact
Hi, This question was asked 7 months ago by another user in this Forum Topic but has not been addressed by support. I found a resource that describes how to change the default fonts on outgoing emails, but this seems to only apply to the "emails" module. When composing an email from a lead or contact record (by clicking "send email"), the default font is still set as Verdana (even though I changed the default font to Calibri by following these instructions: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/compose.html#alink3)

Auto populate fields in tasks
I think it would be great to be able to auto populate certain fields in tasks. As of right now, I have to copy and paste the name of the company in to my task and I can think of a couple more fields that I would like to have pre-filled in as well.
Exporting - linebreaks cause problem in CSV
Hello, Can anyone pls help me how to solve the following problem: At each customer I have a "description" field (with long text) The text is with LINE BREAKS. And this is the problem. Because when exporting - due to line breaks - this text is listed into different rows (altough it should stay in the same row with the zoho_id) And therefore when converting to excel file each line break gives a new record. How can I avoid this?? Many thanks in advance

It appears you cannot look up contacts in the CRM when you are creating an email in the email tab of the system. This should be changed!

It would be really nice to be able to "complete" tasks automatically when certain criteria is met or certain fields are updated in a record.
Connect fields of modules
Hi, I have created a custom field inside the customer module, it's a select field. Now I would like to include this field also into the invoices module, but the field should not be editable inside invoices. I just want it to show the value of the field that was selected inside the customer. So basically the two fields must be connected. Is that possible? I haven't found a way to do this yet.
Better options for follow up and activity last contact communitcation
I stole this (below) quote off another forum but is exactly what I feel I'm missing in Zoho. I just don't see an elegant way to keep track of follow up and the content carried over from the last activity. I would love to be able to log into my crm and browse throng my accounts and and contacts and see me last activity, the content of the last activity and the task associated with the next action step...Similar to how this person explained it? Mandatory Last Name ?!
I'm looking to use Zoho CRM for sales management at a new magazine in Austin, TX. However, I cannot import hundreds and hundreds of my leads because we do not have names for the decision makers yet. For our current accounts, sure, no problem. I can do that. Great. But, to make this software a sensible choice for us, and thus to pay for more and more users, we'll really need the mandatory last name issue resolved ASAP. Thanks, looking forward to hearing back. Email link in "Contact" and "Leads" doesn't work

Zoho CRM Potentials Pipeline Component
I am currently in the process of entering potentials into our CRM. I am able to view the report including a funnel chart when I access it through the Reports tab, but the Pipeline component on the home page only says "Insufficient data to display in this chart type. Kindly choose some other chart option." I suspect this is because the component is pulling the dollar value (which has not yet been entered) into the chart rather than the quantity of potentials. How can I change the chart type in this

Add more options when creating an event
When creating an event we always have to type the office address, that is getting very annoying. Please add a way to save location addresses for future use. Duplicate and splitting leads
I'm trying to diagnose an issue that is either a bug or a workflow issue on my end. On a selective basis, records are being duplicated and information is being split between the two records. I'm not sure if there is an import/export bug or something done on our end. A little simpler, some leads are being split into two leads with data being separated between them. I'm not doing this manually so I'm leaning towards a bug.

Doubts about the features I have in the free trial
Hi! right now I hace the free trial (15 days) but I am not sure if the features I have are only from the free version or if I have features from the standard, professional or enterprise version. For expample, I have available the Group feature but in the web page its says is only for the standard and above versions. I also can automatize actions based on time but the web page says is only for the enterprise version.
Import Potentials with Existing Currency but Different Exchange Rate
I'm attempting to import a file to fix some historical discrepancies regarding exchange rates in potentials. I have a list potentials that need to have their currencies and exchange rates modified, but each individual line could have a different exchange rate. Is there a way to set the exchange rate per potential? Or will I have to come up with another solution?
BCC Dropbox Only Occasionally Works
Hello, I seem to be the only person on my team having serious issues with the BCC dropbox function. The bcc address is always entered correctly and I've followed all the steps to make sure it works, yet I continue to run into issues. The emails I have sent are simply not showing up in my CRM. Maybe one out of every 20 is correctly synced. This is extremely frustrating and hindering my ability to work efficiently. Please help. Thanks, Mitch
Navigation link order?
Is it possible to modify the navigation links (add, remove, change order, etc.)? So, or example, instead of Feeds, Home, Accounts, Leads, Contacts, etc., can it be modified to remove Feeds, and put the order as Contacts, Leads, Potentials, Accounts, etc.?
