Sort Functionality in Potentials View broken
When we sort in Potentials view, then hit next page, the sort order is broken and when you resort, it goes back to first page. This is a new problem, in last month. I have noticed it on several browsers, over several machines.
2000 Row Limit
Are there any plans to increase the 2000 row limit for a single report? This is causing me to have to run several reports and then append them manually in Excel. It seems that Zoho should allow for more robust reporting capabilities than a measly 2000 rows.

Setting up CC and/or BCC for automatic E-Mails
Hi, I am not finding a way to realize the following: I have created a web form, which sends information into the leads section. When sending the form the sender receives an automatic E-Mail acknowledging the receipt. I would like this E-Mail to also go to a BCC destination for quality control purposes. Hi I am having problems to cover one requirement: - I would like to send a mail once a contacts has multiple by 5 completed Tasks. I see the way to send a mail once every Task is completed, but I need multiple by 5. - I also need a field in Contacts entity to saw the number of completed tasks of this contact. So each of our contacts that we have imported originally had a contact tag ID to separate them into a segment group in mailchimp. Hi all, I have two businesses and I keep accounts and contacts for both businesses in Zoho. I want to export/sync contacts with MailChimp, but I can't find a way to export only certain contacts with a specified list in MailChimp. In other words, I want contacts from my first company to be imported into List A in MailChimp, and contacts from my second company to be imported into List B in MailChimp. Is there a way to do that? In the field mapping, there is a Quantity on the Quickbooks side, but there is no option for Quantity on the Zoho side. How are we supposed to send invoices to Quickbooks with no quantity on line items?!

Save & New not functioning as expected
I go into an Account and I want to add several Contacts to it. Under the Contacts section I click New and it brings up the add Contact form with the Account pre-populated with the Account I was just on. I enter the Contact and then click Save & New but the add Contact form that comes up no longer has the Account name filled in. I would have hoped that it would keep the Account filled in so you don't have to keep picking the Account each time you want to add another Contact to it?

Google Calendar Sync works erratically when I clone events
Heres what I'm trying to do: Clone an event on zoho calendar. My gcalendar is setup to sync 2 ways. This works as expected: When I clone an event from my zoho calendar and create a new event for a later time, the event shows in both the google calendar and the zoho calendar. But, On some occasions, the google calendar event does not list participants on the meeting.
