Integration with Google apps not working
When I'm using Gmail, and clicking the icon for Zoho contextual gadget it ells me that I don't have a Zoho account, and then redirects me to my Zoho CRM home page. I'm not sure if it's related but when I try to sign in via google, it gives me the following message: Oops! We are confused We found that your googleapps.zoho.com Email address has been changed and there are two different Zoho accounts exist with your previous (action@action-promo.com) and current email address(gloria@action-promo.com).
Print View Not Printing Filtered Records
This functionality used to work until about a week ago. What happened? These are the steps I take to print a specific custom, filtered list of contact records: - Go to my contact list (currently set to show 100 records per page) - Select my favourite custom view of the many I have created in the past - filter those records by my selected criteria (this causes my record count to drop from 100 to 2) - now I see the 2 records on my contact list that I'm interested in - I click the Print View button

Build an estimate from within potentials
I currently use CRM and Books. I'd like to be able to build an estimate from within a potential. The same as you can currently do within a contact or an account. The estimates we build are tied to only that particular potential. The initial information being collected to build an estimate is collected within the potentials module. Or is there already a way to do this that I'm just missing?
"Email Template" Now Missing "Product Description," "Qty," & "Price"
When the "Send Mail" area was updated yesterday, we lost the ability for an "Email Template" to display several things: Now it no longer displays: Qty Product Description Price It now only has the ability to use ${SalesOrders.Product Details}. Date Minus X number of days
I have leads that populate a custom field marked expiration date. I need to set up a report that will show all leads that are three days before this expiration date. I can bring up the expiration date in both standard and advanced filters but there are no options for 3 days before this date. I could use a between date filter but i would have to update that daily and that will not work. Are there any filters that will sort by a custom number of days? Multiple problems with Zoho CRM, and useless Live Chat.
It appears that Zoho's mail servers are blocked by Google, so Gmail users don't receive my email. I have reported this, but I am continually asked to get my users to whitelist my IP. How on earth am I supposed to get every new customer of mine to do this; why is it my problem; and this won't solve it as Google themselves block it. Secondly, reports don't sum. I have tried to sum both integer and decimal custom fields but neither sum. I've tried to sum the default unit price in products. Also nothing.

How do I remove "on behalf of" address in the From field?
I have authenticated my domain and it shows verified for both SPF and DKIM, I have also verified the sender address. Nevertheless, the test email I'm sending for the campaign arrive with "<zoho address> on behalf of <my address>" in the From field. Please advice what's the right way to avoid this. I want just my address to appear in the From line. I have the same problem for emails sent from CRM. If it makes a difference, we're for now using the free version. Thanks.
Avoid adding duplicate leads records

Cannot confirm a new user
In Zoho CRM, we had a user setup and then deactivated. We tried to setup again, but invite email to user didn't include a confirm/activate link so we deleted again. Now we have to deleted users and one unconfirmed user for the same email. How can we get this user confirmed? Or reactivate first old user account?

hi, I m using zoho crm api for callrecieved but when i was encrypting the parameter named as encryptedvalue AES128 Encryption its giving reply that "FAILUREEncryption error. Check the parameters for encryption." As it is given the AES128 encryption is using currenttime+callrefid+phonebridgenumber+customernumber i m also also passing tese parameter but its not working for me.So any help would be apprteciated.

Print filtered results not working

Closed Activities - Related List Column in Account and Contact
