I have the Outlook 2013 plug-in, all installed and loaded well, I have the add-in ribbon. When choosing to log in however, it does not recognise my credentials, the credentials are correct, i log in online no problem but i cannot connect to my Zoho CRM through Outlook. DOes anyone have any advice. I have re-installed the plug-in to see if that helps but to no avail. Many thanks.
Importing prospects go into wrong fields
When importing prospects from excel spread sheet I check fields prior to import and they are lined up correctly, but when they are uploaded, they upload in the wrong field and other fields are missing completely. The name of the prospect becomes the website and the name is in title (sometimes) and email goes into website. Industry and phone number are missing even though they are on the spreadsheet and on the import list to check placement.
List of fields in filter when customizing a view
Hi Support, When customizing a view and adding conditions, the list of fields doesn't show the section header. The list of fields to add to the view itself does show the headers, which makes it much easier to quickly find the field we want. I've attached a screenshot showing the (long) list of fields. Printing of Activities
Last week, I was able to sort out the certain activities such as all tasks due this week and print them out using the print button next to the search button in the activities module. However this week when I go to print, no matter the search results - every activity appears in the print preview form. How can I get this to only print the tasks which have been selected?
Converting a lead into contact and account
Hi, A small question I have not been able to find in the forums. I have a free account, and I was trying to modify some of the modules as much as I am enabled to with such version. Converting a lead creates an account (which is what I want), but also a contact (which I do not want to). I am willing to use the contact module with some other objective, so the the conversion is a problem in that sense for me. Can I modify the automation so it only creates an account but not a contact? Thanks a lot!

Hello, I am been paying with Zoho Support and so far it is really showing me a great potential. I have a question regarding the integration of Zoho CRM and Support. Once a ticket is created in Support, the user can find it back in the contact view. They told me you have to create a Price Book but that should not be because when you want to update a price then you have to update the price, the cost and the price list. Contact Name in Tasks
I have "Today and Overdue Tasks" on my dashboard/Home page. The name of the Contact or Lead does not show up unless I click and open the task. Is there any way to add to this view, the name of the Contact of Lead for which the task is due? Thank you.
Dropdown in Webform doesn't get captured.
Our online webforms uses a dropdown for individuals to select their "System Voltage" however the value they select doesn't get uploaded to Zoho. The new lead created, just shows this field as blank. All the other fields work fine, including the dropdown question "Subscribe to Newsletter?". Contacts/Leads being deleted randomly
We are having a problem with "apparently" random leads/contacts/potentials being deleted from CRM. We have to go into the recycle bin and restore them. This is only happening with people who have Gmail synching with their CRM through the Google Apps integration, so that helps in the troubleshooting, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to which contacts/leads get deleted. They aren't deleting these contacts in gmail, so that's not the cause of the issue as fas as we can tell. Any thoughts
ZOHO plug in for outlook disappeared
I have had the ZOHO plug in for quite some time installed and working in outlook (2013, 32 bit). One morning, it went missing. I contacted ZOHO support and they were able to help within minutes. The following day, the plug in disappeared again. I traced the steps that the ZOHO support completed and that did not correct the issue again. Please advise. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.
Zoho CRM: BCC Dropbox Intermittently Working
Zoho CRM: I am trying to use the BCC Dropbox function with my Outlook 365 interface and having challenges with it. It works occasionally which is more frustrating than not working at all. The contacts and their respective emails are all in place but the email is not being appended to the lead/account. Display Records from another table
I import data into 4 tables. The 4 tables have a common field named "BEN". When I am viewing a certain record in the "LEADS" table (which could be considered as the parent), I want to see the records in table #2 that has the same BEN; in the next section I want to see the records in table #3 that has the same BEN; in the next section I want to see the records in table #4 that has the same BEN. Emails sent via Gmail not appearing in Zoho CRM Contact
So I have my business Gmail and Zoho CRM linked so that anything sent or received through one, will appear in the other. The only problem is that when I send an email through Gmail to a contact, it doesn't appear in the email records of the contact on Zoho CRM. And when I send an email to a contact via Zoho CRM, it appears in the Sent box in Gmail. Receiving email through either always appears in both. Can anyone help explain the issue?
Googe sync deleted all my zoho contacts - HELP!!!
I have used a 1-Way sync for years - Zoho CRM Contacts to Google Contacts. It appeared, however, that when a zoho contact was reassigned or deleted that they stayed in Google, ballooning my Google contact list. My employees cannot see the leads
