Standard + Products would be ideal
For my application, the Standard version is perfect except, I also need products (or the ability to create a custom object that would be like Products). The Professional Edition has a lot of great features I just don't need. Any ideas or options?
Missing Plug-in

Hi, is there a way to show the related Sales Orders in the right Sidebar under Quick Links? The attached contacts and tasks are there but not the linked Sales Orders. Thanks!
Outlook Tasks Due Date Not Syncing
When I remove a due date from a task in Outlook it does not remove it in the CRM interface. I can add tasks and it includes the due date. If I change the due date in Zoho it changes it in Outlook. This is frustrating. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?
Inventory item NOT marked 'taxable' but still contributes to taxable subtotal on invoice
Hi - I've unchecked the 'taxable' box for an inventory shipping item which is not taxable, however, it is always added to the taxable amount. This did not used to occur, only when recent inventory changes were made to Zoho. Any way to fix this? Thanks! Neal
Account Business Cards
I love the business card feature in the Contacts/Leads sections because it helps me visualize the people I contact. Could you please do the same thing for Accounts. Instead of having someone's photo in the business card, you could put in the customer's corporate logo. NOTES TO KEEP INFO
We are a Business to customer tax service which means that we prepare the customers report once a year. The question is, in order to work right and efficiently, we are documenting all our contact with the customer in the notes module. We found out that the notes in the Contact module and the Potential module do not synchronize and I don't understand why? What is the right module to use in order to capture the customers info? If there are existing notes in both modules (contact a and potentials)

Notification for new email to other users / leads
Hi there, we've set up pop3 email accounts for both my employee & myself so that we have full email integration between Zoho & Outlook. I can clearly see that if I click on the Emails tab, I can see all my emails there - same for my employee. I can also see all emails associated to a lead being listed under the lead page. However, I'd like to know if there is a way for me to be notified of each email my employee receives that is associated to a lead - at the moment, the only way for me to do so is

How to find the number of days until a specific date
How would I be able to show the number of days until a specific date. The date im trying to base this on is imported with leads into the CRM. (the date format being imported is 04/30/2015) For example: I have a lead imported with an end date of 04/30/2015. I would like to show the number of days remaining until that end date and would also like for it to be dynamic as the end date gets closer. Show birthdays on calendar?
I have added a few contacts and added birthdays. I have also added ZohoCRM to my calendar. I have other items showing up on the calendar from the CRM but I do not see birthdays. Is there a way to get birthdays to show up? I'd hate to have to add them to the contact then have to add them to the calendar. Seems counter-intuitive. Thank you!

Case notes by time
Hi, I am trying to set up a system on the CRM so that I can add a time element to a task e.g 20 mins phone call, 5 minutes email etc etc. I have tried a custom field date and time and it only gives me 30 minute slots. is there a way of recording every minute and then capturing a running total of time spent on a case ? cheers

I have more than one Google Calendar in google account, can I sync both of them? Can I have more than one Zoho CRM calendar per user? Like one for medical appointments, another for business appointments?
images missing in templates
Hello Support, As of recently I am not able to print my logo into my invoice template anymore. I am still using the same template as I always did, which has been working all this time. Branding mail sent out with company name versus personal name.
Sending emails to people - would like the name of my company e.g. ABC Company to show up in their incoming box versus my personal name. It is a better identifier to them as to who is contacting them. How do we add/modify this in our account. They know ABC Company but they don't know Joe Somebody who works there. Attaching a document to an Account
I created my account a few days account and then imported into my accounts page. I then went into docs and created a folder called proposals. I uploaded a pdf to this folder. When I go in to Account > Attachments > Zoho Docs and attach the document to the account, nothing happens. I tried refreshing the screen and adding it multiple times but the document never shows up under attachments. I have tried this with several accounts and I cannot get one to stick to an account. Activation Link Expired response from CRM
I have a new user shown as Active, however the user could not complete the initial login from the link. They show a Activation Link Expired response from Zoho CRM. I have deactivated and reactivated with no new emails arriving for the user. I am hoping someone else has had this instance and can guide me. Thanks.

unable to attach file from desktop to Case

Invoicing
I have created an invoice, but when I clicked on 'Save' it didn't. I cannot find that invoice anywhere. Certainly is not attached to the contact in which I created it. Help please.
Problem with invoicing
I had successfully created 2 invoices to other contacts. But when I created the 3rd to the next client and then clicked 'save' , it didn't. It does not seem to have attached to the contact. Once I closed the invoice screen I cannot find that invoice anywhere. Have recreated the invoice 3 times. Have shut down the system and tried again. Still no joy. Help please! Ann

I can't find anywhere in the documentation that states this doesn't work however I always get the response "Unable to populate data, please check if mandatory value is entered correctly.". Unique Reference Number
Hi all is there anyway in mail merge in Zoho CRM to insert a unique reference number. For example if I am sending out a project brief I would merge the contact name and address details but I would also like to have a unique document reference number maybe made up of the unique ID in the CRM followed by an incremental number? Is this possible?
Creating Charts
Can you create a chart in Zoho CRM where the vertical axis is anything BUT record count? Trying to create a chart with vertical axis is another data set / column that we have set in a report.
