Report won't let me generate a graph....
I want want to generate a report showing the distribution of where our leads come from... but when I create a report it does not give me the option to create a graph or chart.

Hi, We use Google Apps and some users have more than 20GB on their mailboxes. With Zoho Mail Addon enabled, Zoho, via Pop3, gets all emails from Gmail. Since we have only 5GB in Zoho Mail, and, for now, we don't want to upgrade the account, is it possible to keep only mails that belong to Zoho Contacts? Sometimes more than 90% of a user mailbox don't have anything to do with CRM. I tried to use filters, without success. thank you, Joao
Web form not sending the email
This just stopped working for me. Neither the email to the lead owner or the email to the lead are being sent out. Tried generating the code again and putting it out there but didn't work. Help!

lead emails and attachments in potentials
i am attaching documents and emails to a lead. when i convert it to a potential the emails and attachments do not show up. they show up in contact but not in potential where i need them. any ideas?

Imprting Data Quick Question
Hi All, I'm new here. I've been using the free version of Zoho CRM for the last few weeks and have got sign off to customise it further so have signed up to the standard version, but when I import from my CSV file the custom fields I have created are not being populated with data despite being mapped to the correct fields in the CSV. It is only the custom fields, everything else is importing fine. Any ideas why? Has anyone else had this issue? Cheers :-)
Can't find a "Convert" for Leads.... what have I done wrong?
In the Leads view, neither on the overview nor on the detailled, there does not seem to be a "Convert" option. Could I somehow have disabled it?
Potentials won't stick to accounts

We are wanting to change a function of the field "Lead Source", which I believe was a standard option (not custom that we created ourselves), which came with our ZOHO account. Since there was no way for us to click the "also create for: accounts" button when making the field, is there any way to change that now so that we see the "Lead Source" in Leads as well as Accounts?

Import Activites and Tasks to ZOHO
Hi there everyone, I am currently in a conundrum with zoho. I am recently discovered that i can import all our leads into Zoho. But the problem lies in importing task and call backs for the people that we set up. I would love to know if there is a way that when i import a lead into the system, if there is a way to set a task for it at the same time. We imports hundreds at a time and are wondering if there is a MASS or FASTER way to set call backs for all of them. Please let me know if you have any

How to setup scheduled report?
I am following the instructions for setting up a report and they are outdated here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/reports/schedule-reports.html It says use the reports tab which is no longer being used. Customizing a product for each account
We have 50 standard products/services but we need to capture specific information about that product or service configuration for each account. For example, we provide hosted FirstClass software for 100 customers, and we have to record on which of 10 servers we installed that customer. Can't schedule a new event
I am using the free version of Zoho CRM. When I go into a contact and try to schedule a new event, I see a message "Loading" but nothing happens beyond that. I have re started the browser and the machine....no change. I can schedule calls and tasks, but not events. Is this not available in the free version? Any ideas.
Sort Order not working on second page
We have 200+ potentials in the database. When we look at the all potentials view and sort by stage the items on the first page are sorted correctly. When we go to the second page of the view, the items seem to be resorted in some random manner. How do we keep this from happening on the 2nd and subsequent pages?
Inbound emails into crm
I wonder if anyone can help. We are messaging customers from within the crm and would like to know if there is a way that we can receive replies within the crm so that all communication trails are within the crm for all our sales people to see? The issue we have is that when one person emails a customer from within crm, and then receives a reply to their regular mailbox, there is no way for another sales person to see what the customer has replied without communicating with the other sales person.

Mass update is broken
This is nasty bug. I have damaged 100 accounts in my DB doing mass update. Steps to reproduce under my account: 1. Go to Accounts, select Account Tools > Mass Update Accounts 2. Build search criteria 'Industry is Stevedore' and click Search 3. Select all rows, click Mass Update button 4. Select Industry, select Stevedore, click Save (so we don't really change anything in the database) 5. See the list of the _IRRELEVANT_ accounts starting from Unithai account which _doesn't_ satisfy the search criteria

I have changed my template around for our vendors in Purchase Orders and now the email is showing as: Email: ${Vendor.Email} and not their actually address as it did before i messed it up. What do i need to put in templates to show our vendors email addresses!! HELP!
Twilio Calls Failing and Zoho support is pathetic
I have registered a support request but as with anything slightly complicated I am getting a terrible response - " we have passed this to technical". That was 48 hours ago - nothing back. I find Zoho support on anything slightly problematic ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. For example, the number of people who have asked about the 100 record update limitation to be told "that''s just how it is" but don't worry we will let you know when that changes is incredible. It goes back years and nothing has happened.
Helpdesk tab on Zoho CRm?
I already integrated the Helpdesk support with the Zoho CRM but when I am on the CRM page I dont see a TAB saying Helpdesk or Support? For instance, I integrated the Zoho Project feature and it automatically placed a tab in the navbar, when I click on it i stay within the CRM. I would like to do the same thing with the support feature of helpdesk, how can i do this?
