I am having a hard time trying to find a solution for appending data. when I upload my leads who are real estate agents I sometimes get duplicate leads but in fact they are not duplicate.They are the same real estate agent who has several listings or sold properties with different address and MLS number. Multi-pick from Product List
I created a custom field in the Lead form for Product and it is linked to our Product list in Zoho so when we click on the field to fill it in for a lead, it pulls up our Product list. However, once I click on one product, it automatically populates the field with that product without allowing me to select additional products. (Our leads and customers are often interested in multiple products.) Is there a way to keep the field linked to our Zoho Product list and make it multi-pick?

So there is this cool feature (tab) in zoho crm called documents. Its fine for regular docs but if you upload a video you cannot watch without downloading....this becomes a huge time issue, waiting for download and is not very efficient for people say on a smart device. Please advise.

Small issue with hyperlinks being cut on api docs
The hyperlinks for API urls such as on https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/updaterecords.html#Request_URL are being cut at the 'space' character between the keyword "AUTH CODE". Small issue but thought your web developers would like to know.

Lead View Isn't Matching Lead Layout
Hi there! We are a bit baffled ... we made some updates to our Layouts (Lead, Account & Contact) by adding pre-determined Zoho fields to the layout (secondary email, rating, etc). The changes to the Account & Contact Layouts went through great -- but the Lead Layout isn't showing the changes. When in the "Setup" and "Layout Customization" section to edit the Lead Layout the fields are showing. But when viewing a Lead or Adding a New Lead the layout isn't updated. Thoughts? Opportunities not saving correctly.
Over the past two days some of our opportunities have not been saving correctly. The Probability(%) will not populate and it will not appear on the Accounts quick actions. This is not happening on very opportunity and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why some work and some to not. Is any one else experiencing this?

Can't select a Lead (only contact) when adding a call in Activity
Hi, I have created an activity (chase Mr X on Project Y). Mr X is a Lead. When I go into Activity -> Leads/Contacts -> Click on Activity -> Add call I fill out the form but there is a dropdown for Lead or Contact, whichever I choose selects my list of contacts and NOT leads. Opportunities not saving correctly
For the past couple of days when we save an updated opportunity it will not populate the Probability (%) and it will not be in the Accounts quick actions. This is not happening for all accounts and opportunities. There is not any rhyme or reason it will not save correctly. Has anyone else experience this?
Question on Importing Leads: Lead Ownership
When I import a list of leads to a campaign from an excel spreadsheet, the lead ownership is assigned to me for every lead. The spreadsheet contains a column called "Lead Ownership" and is mapped appropriately when I do the import. All of names in the column are valid user names. I import the file as "Import Organization Leads". What am I missing?

I've sent a few emails back and forth within the EMAIL section of the CRM to my CONTACTS/LEADS, yet they never seem to appear in the actual stream of that CONTACT/LEAD, only unless you use the Quick Actions.
