Hi I cannot seem to find the answer to my question anywhere... I have created a partner users for my partners who bring me leads....and i want my partners to have access to their own leads/contacts and also be able to view what my sales team is doing... Example: Partner has brought 50 leads and i will assign the leads among 4 sales people.... (the partner should see the comments/modifications to all 50 leads) - Sales should see their own assigned leads and nothing more... I would like for the partner

User Role
Hi all, I have set up 2 users, myself being one of them with no issue and both under one User Role. I am now trying to add a User but the field for User role will neither let me type into the box nor click the user tree. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how to fix the problem? sort activities by due date
Hello, I have a small problem which is making me mad! After sorting my activities by due date and leaving the page, the sorting is lost when I return tne page. That means that I have to resort my activities every time I return to the page! I don t know what went wrong, because in the past it has always worked well... Please help me out with that! Tabs on browser to reflect the tab that is active in Zoho
When using Zoho I normally have 4 tabs open on my web browser each with a different section. So for example, one would be open to activities, contacts and accounts It would be great if the web browser tab could change from Zoho CRM to Accounts when im in the accounts module.This would be great so i dont have to click between the different tabs to find the accounts webpage Is this possible... When I move a contact from one account to another, the contact keeps the address and the phone number of the old account. Please could it be implemented so that we don't have'to manually change the address and telephone number. Thanks much Daryl
Best Practice - How can I view email conversations associated with CRM account names?
Looking for some discussion and possibilities on how to do this. We've got over 1,000 client locations. Each client location is currently represented with a child account and associated parent account. For some reason Zoho mail CRM only sorts incoming and outgoing emails by contacts instead of by account too. So if we have an email associated with an 'account', we can't see the corresponding email communication unless we also create a 'contact' with that email address. And even then it's only
Tab order for fields
I have my sections setup as two columns and when I put the cursor in the left top field (let's call it position 1Column,1Row) and then hit TAB, it goes to the field to the right (2C,1R) then next TAB goes down to 1C,2R. Can I adjust the order of the tabs, so it goes 1C,1R to 1C, 2R to 1C,3R, then at the bottom of the first column, it will go up to 2C,1R.

Hi, I have created new custom field 'Address'. It works ok for leads, contacts and accounts but .... it doesn't show in invoices Quotes and Invoices!!! How can I map these fields to make them visible in quotes and invoices?? Kasia

Hi, is possible to build a call to the API that Inserts and Updates records. I'd like to pass one array to the API that will update the vendors List if they already exist via the fields that are passed, and if it doesn't exist, it would insert them. Is this possible, or would I need to make two arrays (one for insert, one for modify) and make two calls? Thanks.

Account record details
As of yesterday, when I log on and go to accounts, I get my account list with selected view. When I click on the record, the account details page has completely changed. It used to provide me with the entire details of the account and now I can only chose from a very select drop down window. What has changed? Is this a CRM software change or is it something an admin might have done?

Does anyone know how to populate with Zoho CRM and a Word Document populate? How do I populate a word document from Microsoft word and integrade a specific Customer's infomation from the ZOHO CRM? Hi i need some help with this, I have web forms where clients enter 4 fields that get pushed into my CRM leads module. Then in the sales process i need them to fill in a new form which i have developed and sorted, but through API i need to be able to update the existing leads with new data. Company Logo Size Limit
Is there any way I can increase the company logo size limit to something greater than 20kb? It is incredibly limiting and discourages the use of many core functions of Zoho CRM, including estimating and invoicing. Thank you for your help.
? Leads - Is there an easy way to store "archived" leads.
We all know that timing sometimes is very off. How do you store leads that might have an opportunity creaping up, but don't have one yet. Say for instance they say they are principally interested, but have to take a rain check to august. I would not like for it to clog up my Leads list as I don't have a "best by date" - nor a "Try again" field there... Nor do I really like to convert it to an opportunity, as it's still very much an unqualified idea.

Auto format field using Custom Function
I'm thinking of implementing a Custom Function to automatically format my phone fields. I envision a Workflow that calls that Custom Function when my "Phone" field of a "Contact" gets edited. Up to here it seems pretty straight forward. However, how do I scale this to all my phone number fields in "Contacts" and further all phone number fields to "Accounts"? Is this possible with Custom Functions or is there a better way of implementing this? Oliver

In Zoho CRM we can send notification to a rest web service or URL. I know that I can integrate Xero with Zoho CRM through developing a third party web Application in which I can use Zoho CRM API. Hi When I create a new Opportunity since specific campaign, the opportunity don't associate with this campaign. Then, I can't see the results Opportunity by campaign I think it is possible to relate campaigns with opportunities, because the goal of the action is to generate sales leads. Can you automatically create an opportunity when a prospect / contact clicks a mail sent from ZOHO CAMPAIGNS or complete a linked to ZOHO CRM on a website form? Thanks Juan
