Lost all my data
I had used Zoho CRM several years ago and logged on a few months ago and verified that my contact data was still there. Today when Zoho asked me to use 2 factor authentication, something seems to have happened along the way and now even after disabling 2FA, I don't see any of my data. Is there a way to look at the activity of my users, to see where the CRM was accessed and what was downloaded?
Task in Zoho CRM, linked to task in zoho projects staying in Projects after marking as complete.
I create a task in CRM and Save and Add to Zoho Projects. When I mark the task as complete, the task is left in Projects untouched. Am I missing something here?

Creating Application Form that updates my Zoho app
I have a mortgage brokerage and am looking to create an application form for new customers to fill out that would bring all of their data into my Zoho app, send them an email confirmation we've received it and notify the salesperson associated with this "lead". Is this possible? The main part I'm wondering about is the client filling out the form and getting that data mapped into my application (Contact/Potential). I look forward to hearing some feedback.

Cannot deactivate a 'Closed' user account
Hello, We have 17 user licences for CRM. In our list of active users, there is one account classed as 'closed'. It appears this user is taking up one of our licenses and we wish to delete or deactivate but there are no options to do so. How can we fix this? Thanks

Tasks and events links not working

Selecting multiple contacts in different pages
My contact view in Zoho CRM shows 50 contacts on each page. If I select some contacts on the current page and then go to another page and select more contacts, the selected contacts in the previous page become deselected. Why is that and how can I fix this. I'd like to select one or more contacts on one page and continue doing the same in other pages before I apply an action to all the selected contacts.
Outlook - Sync Email 2 (Outlook) to Secondary Email (ZOHO) - Please Add Functionality
Can "EMAIL 2" from Outlook be added as part of the sync tool to "Secondary Email" in ZOHO? Since both fields already exist, it would be a simple code change to add the fields. Today, over 90% of Customer Contacts have more than one email similar to Work, Mobile and Home phone. This lack of functionality requires a lot more time to custom add additional emails to almost every contact you sync. Benefit: That's a lot of time saved and tremendous workflow improvement with one minor add to a sync tool.

Task Reminder
After the recent Day light savings, all my reminders are messed up. If I schedule it for 11AM, I get reminder at noon. I tried changing the time zone quite a bit but nothing I do seem to work. I am always getting reminder one hour later. I missed few appointments recently. This is very annoying. Anyone else found the issue? Will Zoho team help with this or is this forum just to share notes?

Why can't I see the invoice number?
I'm trying to set up invoices and edit the first invoice number. The instructions say to 1) click on the invoice tab (OK) 2) click on new invoice (OK) 3) click on the settings box next to the Invoice Number (NOT OK!) The invoice number is not there. I've checked in the layouts window in Setup and it is there, but it is not present on the new invoice screen. What do I need to do? Pete

IMPORTING LEADS THAT DO NOT HAVE MANDATORY "COMPANY NAME" FIELD?
I just purchased a list of leads. Many do not have a "company name" and therefore don't get imported. Is there a way to override this mandatory import field? Thanks!
Why are there limits on so many things in the Enterprise Edition?
I recently signed up for the Enterprise Edition and don't understand why it places so many limits on functions. For example, we are using a Webhook to send info from our Contacts module to a third party to complete PDF forms. Zoho only allows a maximum of 10 fields to be sent via the Webhook. Why? We need just about every field to be sent. Also, we are attempting to create formula fields so that the Date of Birth field can pass to our forms in a NORMAL Standard US fashion such as MM/DD/YYYY.
Updating Contact Records with New Information Imported
We have some targeting lists and some custom fields (mostly check boxes). We want to check for an existing email address and update if it already exists just changing the check boxes and other custom fields or add the new record if the email address does not exist. possible?
Emails section in the sales orders in zoho crm
We are using zoho crm for a few weeks now and really like it so far. We are now working on implementing the sales orders tab in our day to day working. When inside a sales order, there is a email section at the bottom fo the sales order. We are not seeing any emails associated with the sales order. A field in my case report is not populating.
Hi, I have a case report that I've created. In the column selection, I select a specific field to be included in my report (field name is Tracker Chgs for Coupon Info, add website, T&Cs:) , however when I go to save the report and run it, the data isn't populating like it should. The columns are empty on the report. When I go back into the report customization, I find this field has fallen out. I do not have this issue with the other column selections. Please help. Hello, As I tried to add a logo <img> using a data URI (http://www.websemantics.co.uk/online_tools/image_to_data_uri_convertor/) I came accross a bug and what looks like censorship of ZohoCRM: 1) Edit template in HTML mode 2) Insert logo with <img width="..." height="..." title="..." alt="..." src="data:image/png;base64,iVB..... 3) Back to WYSIWYG editor, looks fine 4) Save the modifications made on the template 5) image did disappear... 6) Back to Editor, HTML => the src attribute of the <img> tag
