move file to another main folder in Documents module
Hello, I have a very simple problem: I have a few directories in CRM and want to move certain file to another folder. I can move it to subfolder or even create new folder INSIDE to move it, but can I move it to another folder, not subfolder, except the way when I have to down- and up-load it and lose the whole history? Is there any plan to provide Custom Action tools for CRM workflow? It would be really great to be able to create a button to trigger a workflow instead of relying on a record or time-based trigger.

Amount Field
I am creating new 'Amount' fields titled 'Recurring Revenue' and 'OneTime Revenue'. Those 2 new fields are custom functions that will be adding multiple products revenue amounts. I would like those 2 new fields to show up in the reports as replacements for 'Amount'. Any ideas? Thank you!

The title mapping from lead into contacts of an account
When we complete the name of a lead, there is a box for the title of the person, Mr Mrs etc. However when this is complete it doesnt map across to the title of the contact in the account, is there a reason for this?
Editing a stage in potential
It appears that when i am in a potential and i need to amend the stage i have to use the large edit button at the top of the screen as opposed to the small edit button to the right of the field to amend the stage. Is this correct, shouldnt both places allow the editing to take place? Maybe i am doing soemthin incorrect?
Assigning task to multiple accounts?
I am trying to create a task and assign it to multiple accounts, such as, "Introduce to new products". I need to perform this task with several accounts. I cannot find a way to enter the task once and assign it to different accounts.

Set up a client group using custom fields
I would like to set up a group of clients with specific custom field information for a mail campaign. I see how I can search the information, but I don't see anywhere that I can select those clients for a "New View". Also, new view does not give me the ability to select my custom field. How do you do this?

Hi, We do get notices about customer answering our email on the iphone and ipad… but as we look in the Zoho…. we can’t see the emails in the email module or in the contacts as well. Outlook plugin installation problems
Hi, one of my users was experiencing problems with the Outlook Plugin and when I connected it turns out he can't even install it. The installation program starts correctly and you will get the first page where you click next, then the installer just dies. We tried downloading it several times and then moved the installer to another computer where install just fine. We reinstalled office without any success. Getting the Ownership, Relationship, and Industry
I'm a developer at a company who uses Zoho CRM and we are currently in the process of integrating via the API. I'm looking to get the values "Ownership", "Relationship", and "Industry". On Modules and Fields, I found Ownership and Industry to be under the Account module. However I can't seem to find the Relationship field. ZOHO CRM - LEADS SEARCH NOT WORKING
Hi, We have been experiencing some issues in the last few hours, where in newly created leads can't be found using the search feature. If I create a lead "John Smith" and search for it in the system, I am unable to retrieve the file through the search utility. However, the file has been saved and I can retrieve the file by going through the leads view page and manually going through the leads list. With over 100 leads a day, this workaround isn't really convenient. Can anyone from the Tech Support
Field styling?
Is it possible to edit the field styles of a form? I know of paid plugins for wordpress form plugins, such as ninja forms. They have those larger fields, etc. Is there a way in zoho to edit the fields to look larger, perhaps by adding in some padding, foe example? Thanks! jz

emailing related contacts
In the CRM I use the "Contact Roles" section to show link contacts to a "deal" I would like the ability to send emails and easily cc the contacts linked to a deal. Is there a way to easily email related contacts without having to search for each one individually? Thank you, aaron
'Zoho Books' invoices/estimates not appearing under Accounts in Zoho CRM
Hello All, I have connected my Zoho Books & CRM, and successfully tested pulling accounts from the CRM to generate invoices, but the invoices I create don't appear under their associated accounts. In fact, there's no space for them to appear at all. There's no 'Zoho Books' section in the account view in the CRM even though there's a 'Zoho Books' on the 'Selected' list under 'Organize Account Details'. Any ideas? Thank you

Getting Account Names in the Potential Module
I'm trying to create a custom view in the Opportunity module, and I can't get it to show Account name as one of the available columns. Do I have this set up wrong somehow? This seems like it should be so obvious. Do I need to separately create a custom field in the Opportunities module and map the account name to it with a macro or something?

I'm writing a php script in Wordpress to insert a record into Zoho using the API. I've got a functional script working, and I'm able to create records as long as I strip almost all special characters. If I try to insert a $ sign or %, for example, Zoho will not create a record. How can we copy field value to another ?
I would change a type of text field to the value list. This is not possible. Also I would create a new field list value and copy the old text field to the new. Is this the right formula? Is this possible?

I'm calling the getRecords from the API but upon inspecting the documentation, I noticed that the fromIndex and toIndex are supposed to be supplied or else you will only get 20 results. I am trying to retrieve 980+ records looking at the documentation there is no way for me to fetch all of these records in one call.
