Sales Reports Not Updating
Good afternoon, When we modify our potentials stage to sale, it is not immediately reflected in our sales reports. Despite refreshing the page and double checking information-the correct information isn't displayed until an hour or so later. We've never had problems in the past but over the past week, several users have reported the same problem. Appreciate any help you can offer, Stephanie Pickup
Trying to create a webform in ZOHO
Hi everyone, I am attempting to create a web form in ZOHO that will eventually have a form location URL and a landing page URL, and I read that you can use the * symbol in both of these fields in the meantime, while creating the forms. However, after adding the asterisks in both fields I still receive a prompt to "Specify a valid landing page" when clicking Save to complete the form. Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this? Thanks so much, Sofia
CRM Potential/Opportunity: connect to contact and account
In CRM, currently when a Potential (what we call “Opportunity”) is converted and moved over (via either closed lost or closed won scenario) the Opportunity attaches to the Account Record. Then from the Account Record, the main contact that was associated with that Potential/Opportunity is referenced and any relevant note history can be viewed via the Account or in the lost potential/opportunity. Mass fetch by ID
Greetings, we are currently asked to update some fields' records on our Leads table, based on a CSV file (+25K leads records) that we would parse and upload to the leads table. Problem is, after reading Zoho CRM API Methods, we've noticed there is no existing method allowing us to fetch (many) records by providing a list of IDs. Need a report that gets me new customers of last quarter (even though account may already exists for a while)
For a report I need to be able to present all new/reactivated customers of the last quarter. I cannot use account creation date or anything like that, as accounts may have been in our CRM environment for while but no potential has been won yet. So I want the report to include accounts at which we have not won a deal in say for two years, but we did win one in the last quarter. Any ideas? I have advanced reporting in place as well

Is there a way to track sent emails (outside of setting up a campaign)?
Im on a trial with ZOHO, and just about to make my decision to go with it for our sales team. One feature that appears missing, but is CRITICAL for us is the ability to tracked emails sent inside the CRM (outside of the campaigns feature). Is this something that is available? Frankly, it is a feature with a host of other CRMs, including Agile CRM, which we are considering switching away from, but this is a must have feature for our 15 sales reps.

I am trying to customize fields and add new ones in the leads group. It says I need to have admin permission to do so but im the only user and my profile says i am the admin.

Is it possible to undelete a report, some how zoho deleted one just now when i was selecting to go to another record contained in this report.

Leads states: The view you are trying to access is not available
When trying to view leads from the leads tab, I am getting the error outlined above. See attached screenshot. I can still access individual leads if I search where they can be edited, updated, managed. But I am unable to view any lists at all, including out of the box or custom build views.
Old Professional vs. New Professional
Hello, My company is currently signed up for CRM under the "Old Professional" plan. We have maxed out at creating 60 custom fields for the potentials module (see attached). If we upgrade to "New Professional", what are the key differences and most importantly, would that allow us to create more than 60 fields in potentials?
how can I give users acces to Synchronize Zoho & Goggle calendar
Hello, I am the adminstrator and i have no problem to synchronize my zoho events with google calendar. But it seems to be impossible for users. I can't undestand why. User profile are ok for Sync with Google Calendar (I have cheked). But when users clic on Google apps, calendar, the system tell them " Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator." I have been seraching for a solution on guides, forum etc... but didn't find anything. Could you please help me? Thanks
Can only "some" users in an organization be upgraded?
We have a sales force that will need to be on the "Pro" version of Zoho, but most admin staff are fine on the standard free version. Can I have sales staff on the "Pro" version, while the balance of the staff use the free version? That way everyone has the same database for contact information, but the sales people and their managers have more functionality in the "Pro" version.

Forecast Not responding
I have set the forecast for the month, and issued them to the reps. I can see there potential but when they close and won, it does not update the acheived module, even after pushing refresh. any ideas??
Associating Calls with Activities
I need to link the recorded call log with the activities in a report. I can link them in the Activities tab w/ a custom view, but I need to be able to aggregate the data in a report. Selecting Calls as first module does not let me select activities as related module.

Is there a way to seperate your open activities by those which relate to "accounts" and those which relate to "leads." Hi, I cannot believe how difficult it is to set-up simple mail merge functionality in Zoho CRM. I have looked at the forum and have found people having lots of issues so I have a very simple question: Does anyone actually have a Mail Merge template, that produces address labels and can be uploaded and utilised in Zoho without the need to export data, or use Word plug-ins? If so, is there any chance you could share it with me, please. I am able to export data, and use this to create mail merge labels.

Hi Guys, I REALLY NEED THIS! My site is being hit by spammers that complete my forms with their junk and I want to block their IP address. In other posts, I'm told "it's easy, just google a bit of PHP or Javascript". Please. If it is that easy, just give me a bit of code I can plug in? Hidden fields
When creating a web form to place on my Wordpress site, the hidden fields I have included, are not showing up in the script for the form. I am being required to add these fields manually. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a solution they can suggest?
Search engine does not execute

Can't set access permission for fields
I am trying to set access permission for fields. If I go to Setup --> Users & Permissions, there's nothing that let's me go further with Permissions. There's no Fields and Links Permissions link or any other link. How do I set access and visibility permissions for different fields. Thanks.
Events calendar feed of Calendar on Mac
We are attempting to setup and test Zoho CRM, but having an issue with the calendar feed. All of the other CRM's we have tested have a Subscribe link to copy can paste into Apple Calendar. I can't find any such link in Zoho. Please advise.

One of our users cant view any of the records loaded into the system
Can anyone help? We have loaded a very small amount of data to test with but one of our users can't view it. He is being asked to create a 'lead' 'account' or 'potential' or import. However this user has a different role than the others but i cant clearly see an area, box or button that doesnt allow him access to the records created. Thank you for looking
