Exporting w/ Attachments & Notes
Hello All, I am needing to create an export from Zoho of the "Leads" entity that has all attachments and notes associated with each Lead. When I select the export, the data is saved in a CSV file, but there are no attachments, nor is there an option on the export prep screen to include notes and attachments. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks! Kohl

Can I get a report where I can see and read all of the descriptions of all of the activities that have been recorded under any contact at an account without needing to click in and out of contacts and activities.....?

Lead status pick list updated not showing up in mobile app
Hi, I updated the pick list in the lead status field on the web application. But those values are not being reflected in the drop down in the mobile app (Android). Any ideas? Thanks!
Lead Lists
I am cold calling a long list of leads. As I try to contact them, is there any way to move them from the top of the lead list to the bottom? I know that converting them to an account or deleting them entirely will remove them from the lead list, but I want to keep them in leads but simply move them from the top of the list.

I have a list of leads, I call them, make notes when I log the call. When I want to see who I have called, it does not give me any contact names, lead names, no notes.....whats going on here???
Cannot Add more Users
We are on the standard edition with 5 users. Our business credit card is charged every month. We want to add two users but we are getting the error message : "We are not able to charge your card. Please contact payments@zohocorp.com". Have tried contacting the email address with no reply yet. Any ideas? Thanks Andy Cheshire

Zoho home page CRM icon missing
Hi there, even though I have Zoho CRM Plus, which normally is accessible at: https://crmplus.zoho.com/ I used to use the normal home page at: https://home.zoho.com/home However, yesterday this page changed a bit and some applications are missing now. For example, the CRM icon has gone! Is this an update to the page or any settings I could change? I prefer using this page, because I access some other apps that are not on the CRM Plus page. Auto field update
Hi Is it possible to make the Status field in invoices Auto update when i make a change to the status field in sales order? For example when someone pays and i change the status in Sales order to paid is there a way that it also changes the status to paid in the invoice section without me having to remember to update both. Campaign lookup field not working on lead conversion page
Hi The campaign source lookup field is not finding my active campaigns when trying to create an opportunity on the lead conversion page. It opens up a new window but it shows 'no campaigns found' when I have multiple active campaigns. Any ideas please? Thanks
printing doesnt work

Default Time setting in a task or event planified
Hello In the reminder time / day of a task or event, why not replacing default time that is 01:00 that oblige to "scroll' to get to a working hour (like 08:00) by 08.00 or 09:00. When you have many event or task, it takes time to change... Thanks nono

Validate Email Adress on Webforms
Am building my first web to lead and cannot seem to get the email adress to validate when being entered. At the moment users can add anything they like. Does anybody know if it is possible to do this in zoho? Seems bizarre if you can't.
How can I keep a custom field found on both Accounts and Contacts up to date?
We have a multi-picklist mapped to leads that then carries over to the account and contact. I'd like to update the contact if it's changed in accounts, and update the account if it's changed in contacts? Any ideas would be appreciated!
CRM Audit Log History
What are the time frames available for the audit log history? It appears to be 60 days? If all dates are available, how do I access that info? If only 60 days are available, why? And is there a way to get to older audit log info? Thanks, Chuck

Print Preview and Print Final
Has Zoho changed something with their print capabilities? As of last Wednesday, I am not getting the same Print Preview as before and it is ultimately not producing the same final print of a customers lead information. On a side note, we keep receiving a "Low ink/Low toner" notification since about the same time but our printer is fine on toner and ink. Could this be any contributing factor? Subtract a text field from datetimefield
I am looking to subtract a date time field from a custom text field to return a time. We have a date and time we need to be at a location ( datetime field), and each location is a different time and distance from a branch (travel time). Our travel time text field is entered as it is entered as 00:00. how would I create a formula for this to work. An example is: 12/1/2014 6:00pm travel time= 3:00 How would get the result of 3:00 pm? Lookup Fields allowed per module
We are using CRM Enterprise edition and in customising a module I need to use way more than 5 Lookup fields in one module, I have customised one module to contain a tyre register now I need to link each of those tires to positions on a vehicle and in some cases that would mean a lookup of over 22 fields. Adding Photos to Products Module
Hi, I am surprised to learn that you cannot add photos to the product module of Zoho CRM. It seems to me to be more imports to have photos in this module than it is to have them in the contacts module. I am amazed to read that for the past 4 years that this has been promised to be on the roadmap. Can you advise of a likely timeframe as we are trying to make decisions in the best interest of our business?

I have a doubt in zoho crm and zoho create. In the zoho create, we can create an application (form) with dynamically addable fields, like with subforms. I want to know can we do the same in the case of zoho crm lead/contact forms ? How to change the view of Open and Closed Activities in Accounts View.
I am wondering if there is a way to customize the layout view of the columns of the list of Open and Closed Activities when you are in the Accounts? I have attached a screenshot of what I am talking about. If we wanted to take out Status and Due Date (for example) so the Subject Column could be wider, how would I go about doing that? CRM slow everyone pointing fingers
Hi, I am in New Jersey and have Verizon as my ISP, the last couple of afternoons/evenings, Zoho CRM has become slow to disabled. I contacted Verizon initially and they claimed to have fixed it, I WAS able to access Zoho (could not access CRM, the read only site, or other zoho sites) and it was very slow, with the warning coming up unable to access messaging server. The next day, it was fine. Then last night, same thing - became very slow - hard to log in and out - same "messaging server error".

Note formating
Was anything done to how the notes are formatted while you are writing them? This morning it has become a very narrow box. If you try to pull it out from the corner to widen it, it gets longer, but not wider. So basically, you can only fit 2 or 3 words on each line. When you save it then it goes back to normal formatting.

create clone of an account
HI I am trying to get clients to use Zoho CRM and they want me to set it up for them. The same type of account with fields templates and setting applies to both clients so I need to try and create a clone so that both can use.... BEtween clients within the same industry obviously they cannot share data.... So It would be good to be able create a clone of the work I have done on a different login and account. Link new module from Leads to Accounts
I have created a new custom module call Equipment and it has a "Lookup" field that refer to Leads Module. When I convert the Lead, how do you link this Equipement to the new Account that is created through conversion?
