Adding names for an old campaign to a new campaign as a list
Hi, We are using the campaign option on Zoho CRM as an RSVP list for many of our events. Many times we create a new campaign but want to use the same contacts as a different campaign, the problem is that we can't duplicate the contacts to the new campaign or transfer them. Hi Can anyone help please? I am a free version user and I have recommended the Standard paid for version to a friend. I need to check some of the functionality for him. If I do a free 15day trial upgrade what happens at the end. Will it just turn itself off and I go back to my normal free version? Invitations to new users
I have set up a new Zoho account and have added in users. One has not received an invitation to join the group. I changed his e-mail (in case there was a problem) last week, but still no invitation. What do I need to do to get him in? Greig

BCC Dropbox
My BCC dropbox is not working. I sent an email with the correct bcc dropbox email on bcc and it didn't appear associated with my lead in CRM. I am using outlook. Is there any problem? Thank you!
Can't Add custome fields in accounts

Where are "Customers" in Zoho?
I can't find where Potentials go in Zoho after the stage is changed to "Closed-Won." Do they become Customers? In our business, after a Potential job is won (quote is accepted), we consider them customers and during this stage, we have tasks related to fulfilling the order that we would like to continue to track in Zoho. Does Zoho define this stage differently? I noticed on the Activities Page that there is a column for tasks related to Customers, but I can't figure out how Customers are created

Why is Zoho so slow to update? Notice this in two areas. 1: When putting a price on a product, then inputting an order for that product - the price is still zero. Sometimes, it takes five minutes to be able to input the order and a price other than zero. 2: Discovered a duplicate account. Changed one account name to be the same as the other. Tried Find and Merge Duplicates, but still only received 1 account in search. This lasted more than 5 minutes - then I gave up and decided to post here.
Workflow Trigers
I am setting up our workflows for better automation. I see that I can only have 3 field updates per workflow (is there an upgrade option)? I have a workflow that updates 2 date fields; one in Contact module and one in Account module, based on the edit of "Status" in a contact field. Accounts vs Potentials
I am brand new to Zoho and I'm not quite understanding the difference between an Account and a Potential. It starts out as a lead, you convert it to an account once they become a customer, it adds the individual as a contact.....but what exactly then is a Potential? The name "potential" makes me think it's a qualified lead, but I don't think that's what they mean. Thank you!

I keep reading reviews of Zoho CRM all of which say the free version allows up to 3 users. I just signed on with Zoho and the Pricing page says: Startups? You can continue to use our Free Edition (free for 10 users) forever - Click Here Is there a recent change in the max number of users for the free version?
Email Templates
It would be very helpful if in email templates, there was an option for "Reply to: Current User's email", just as there is in the "send From:". Currently, If multiple users would like to use the same template, they must each create their own template with Reply to: Myemail@...... This also creates a very messy template drop down. Thanks

I am a consultant and trainer. I often run sessions with clients that I don't see frequently. I would like to create a report or printout of the names of the people that meet specific criteria (which I know how to do) BUT that includes te picture from their contact page within Zoho. Auto-Fill Custom Fields

Visitor Tracking Can not be enabled due to existing field error
I enabled Zoho CRM integration in SalesIQ which created a bunch of fields in Leads and Contacts. Now, when I try to enable Visitor tracking in CRM, I get the following error and then lists all the fields that exist. "The following field(s) listed below already exists." The fields in question can not be deleted so I don't know how to resolve the issue. Please help!

Creating Contacts in Help Desk

I am having a big problem that my emails from Zoho almost invariably go to the spam folder of my recipient unless they have put me on their white list. Is there any way to address this? I work in sales, so often I am responding to emailed inquiries from people who have no previous contact with me. It is a big problem if all of my replies go to spam.
Unable to backup data, restrictions downloading Attachments2
Does Zoho CRM support backing up data? Whenever I receive the links for backing up data, I can download data1, Attachments1, Attachments3 just fine. But I always get an access privileges problem downloading Attachments2. When I report the problem to support, they do something that fixes it and then I can download Attachments2. But do I really have to do this for every single backup? Zoho CRM, please fix this problem as its root-cause (the sooner the better if not immediately) it is costing us far
Zoho Cases Vs. Zoho Support Add On
We are a growing tech company and need to figure out the best practice of tracking our client issues and problems. We were using Cases but feel as thought the support module/addon may be a better fit. However, having to run the import (and it doesn't fresh immediately) and seeing that it isn't integrated into Zoho CRM (and is instead separate) is worrysome. We seem to have just mastered the navigation and setup/customization of Zoho CRM and wanted to get feedback on others who have used both together.
