Notes disappeared
Suddenly the "Notes" sections have disappeared across all my modules. Very frustrating as all my updates are done through Notes so now I have no record of last activities. Can the field and all data be restored?

When I apply an attachment to an email the page goes away and ZOHO flicks to PULSE for no reason. So I cant send emails with attachments.
Custom Automation Error Message. Missing ;
Hi, I've tried to update one of our custom automation but decided to revert it back to the initial script we had and now it is giving me this error message. Error at line number : 2 Improper Statement Error might be due to missing ';' at end of the line or incomplete expression I don't understand why this is coming up because the script is exactly the same as the original script we wrote initially. Thanks in advance for any help.
NOTES IN ZOHO
Hi, We deal with the NOTES under each account all day every day and this new version is putting the latest note down the very bottom. We have to keep scrolling down. Why isn't the most recent note at the top anymore?
Outlook / Zoho Contact Sync Issue
I have an issue where I am only syncing from Outlook to Zoho but the sync reverts after a while back to having Zoho sync with Outlook. This creates duplicates in Outlook adding duplicate contacts because it puts them in a category labeled Zoho and applying a purple label to them. So there are two issues: 1) the reverting from Outlook to Zoho back to Zoho/Outlook and 2) the duplicate label. If we can cure the duplicate label I would be fine with sync both ways.
Admin user has left company and new admin cant stop reports scheduler.
Hi, Our admin user has move on to another company, we have a new super admin, and deleted the old admins account, but he is still getting emails sent to him. After looking at our exchange server all the old staff (who's mailboxes have not been deleted) are still getting loads of emails from Zoho even if they have been deleted as a user or made inactive. we also cant find where to check who else is getting email from CRM and we need to check if the old admin put in his personal email in as he is now
Help, the Chat window in Zoho CRM keeps popping up and it is getting annoying
So I reached out to Zoho Support the other day with an issue...now every time that I open a new Zoho window, the chat box randomly is popping up again and again getting in the way of real work that I'm doing and generally just being annoying. How do I make it stop!?!?
Duplicate Sales Order
Looking at the other forums, I'm guessing this isn't possible, but I was wondering what it would take to add the ability to duplicate an existing sales order for an existing account. We sell a lot of the same products to the same accounts on a regular basis. Right now it appears that we will have to reenter all of the product/pricing info every time we want to create a new SO (even if everything but the date and the SO# are the only variables that change. Am I just missing where this option is?

Iframe, file upload & Captcha not working.
We have successfully setup Zoho CRM account. But when we tried to create a web to lead from from our account we were not able to use advance tools options (File upload & Captcha) in our web from. Also we didn't see any option for iframe (kindly check attached screenshot) Kindly confirm are we missing any thing as part of initial setup or these feature not available in free version (3 users)? Append existing
I need to add a new field to my Zoho accounts database and then append it. I don't want to create new records. Just need to add data to existing records without having to manually do so. I do have a unique identifier field for each record. Any easy way to do so?
Issues with Zoho CRM and Outlook 2010 filing emails in Junk
Has anyone else experienced the issue of emailing from Zoho and having Outlook 2010 (only) file in the Junk folder? This has driven our sales staff nuts and support is saying there is nothing that they can (will?) do. Other applications (including competitors) can do this function successfully. Is there any way to REASSOCIATE mails ALREADY SENT using the BCC feature? Of course, I don't want to send the email to the customer again but the feature only seems to work off the recipients address and does not SEARCH the email body etc.
Template emails sent to my own email not received
I always send emails to myself to test my templates before I send them out. I used to get them every time but have not today after several tries. I am creating a template in the CRM and trying to send it out both individually and in mass through checking the mail merge boxes for myself. The email that go to other addresses other than my own do send? The one addressed to my email domain do not reach my mailbox even though it previews and states that it was send in the account record. Please advise.

Add Notes to a Report (Any report!)
I simply do not see an option to "Create New Report" or any way to add 'Notes' to a report. It is very important that we be able to easily view Notes associated with each lead/contact. Is it possible? I am on the basic version zoho. Thank you for help.
Industry Field in Potentials
Hi Everyone, I want to track the industry segments our quotes are going into but it does not appear that I can add the Industry field to the Potentials section. Is it possible? Also, it does not appear that you can convert a Potential into an Account. It looks like the Potential needs to be an Account already, even before you have done business with them. That sounds illogical to me. Or have I missed something?
On the mobile app most of my accounts are duplicated, why?
I just refreshed my mobile app and 50% of my accounts duplicated, no reason on which ones. When I go into the software on the computer only one account shows up and if I delete that account, then both duplicates disappear from the mobile app? Can someone help me with this? Thanks,
When import list to leads - does the system search whole system for copies or just the leads?
Hi, As we imported a list that included emails to restaurangs, for the rest of the fields we did dummies as "company 1-,2-,3 etc", "name -1,-2 ,-3" etc. Next time we update the leads list we are importing the same list once again. As you convert one Lead to a Contact it will disappear from the leads list? right? Next time we import a new list the old Leads that now are Contacts will be included in this new import. Problem with Outlook Plugin
The plugin for Outlook for one of my clients suddenly stopped working last week. The system doesn't seem to recognise her credentials any more. I have tried this on my own system - I normally use ZOHO mail - and have found the sme problem. Something tells me that the reason is that the Plugin was upgraded last year and needed to be reinstalled - is that the case and would this resolve the issue. If the plugin in is re-installed will my client lose the emails she has already stored against the records

Standard User unable see all Contacts / Accounts AND Postcode search not working
One of my users (a 'Standard' user) does not seem able to access all the accounts / contacts on our Zoho database. We know there is no problem with the data as both myself (Super Admin User) and my colleague (Admin User) can see all the information when we search. I've checked her permissions and she does not appear to be restricted from viewing any account information on our Zoho account. Please advise. Hi, I use the notes in Leads & Opportunities a lot as a bit of an audit trail of conversations/contacts I've had with people. Since returning to work after a Christmas holiday I have found that these notes are sometimes in reverse order. How can I remedy this? Thanks, Colin
