ZOHO login for Outlook not working
I synced my ZOHO to Microsoft Outlook but it says my email address and password are incorrect when I log in on the pop up. I have never had this error occur and I have been using this for over a year. I used the same login information when I log into ZOHO and it's not working. I have attached a screenshot. Has anyone had this issue in the past?
Plugin for MS Outlook Sync Folder Issues
Every time when I sign into Outlook and go to the add-in tab to sync contacts or calendar, I have to re-assign the folder that the add-in is to sync to. Prior to the upgraded plug-in, the software retained the mapping instructions but now it has become a point of irritation due to the constant task of resetting the sync mapping every time I log in. Has something changed in the design of the app to require this be done or is it a bug?
Updating/Adding an Account when in potentials - Zoho not forcing required Account fields
I am trying to keep from creating an account until a potential has actually converted to a client. To do so, I made the Account Name field optional in potentials. This works fine. Then, when I later want to create an Account, I edit the potential to add an account name. Zoho warns me that it will create a "new account" if one does not exist -also fine. What it does not do is open up the Account "conversion" dialogue - like it does when you convert a lead. And so, it does not force required field
Bug? Email sent to contact from zoho Mail add on not shown in CRM
I have the zoho Mail add on configured with a pop account. I sent an email to a contact's email address through the Mail add on but it doesn't appear under the list of emails in the contact's record in the CRM. Surely this is a bug? Have I got anything configured incorrectly? Thanks!

unable to confirm user/wrong user status/cannot see leads
I imagine this is all interlinked but have a problem using the free version currently. I have setup three users (I am Super Admin/others are admin all CEO). An invite goes out to the other users but the email says that they cannot confirm as they are a superadmin (appears not when checking their status) and they cannot 'confirm'. I have assigned leads to these users but they cannot see those leads, even though I have checked the status, they are all CEO permissioned yet no lead access at all. They

Associating Partners with an Opportunity
I would like to associate partners (other accounts) with individual opportunities, Furthermore I would then like to assign roles to these partners, e.g. Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, Supplier. This is so that I can list all opportunities ssociated with a partner for reporting purposes and when I have regular meetings with them. This is something that Salesforce.com is doing. How can I do this with ZohoCRM?

Integration of Zoho CRM with LinkedIn
Once a sales order is delivered (changing the drop down), CRM should check the Contact Field to see if it has a date (which would indicate the client has already provided a LinkedIn Recommendation) if the field is blank, send a request via LinkedIn for a recommendation. How can I accomplish this. LinkedIn link would be provided in the contact field.

Is there a way to easily added a person's linkedin photo to their profile? After a recent update, I need to: - click on the linked in button under the contact - right click - save image - click "Change" on the profile image in Zoho - click Select a photo from your computer - crop the photo - then hit save That is a lot of work for something that so many other services simply automatically display (ex. rapportive simply pulls it in from linkedin).

I have to auto populate data from contact module to potential module. I have a section in contact module which have some custom fields. How to import opportunities based on product and time periods sold
Right now, all of my customer data is in Excel but I would like to import it to this CRM system. I rent exhibits to other museums and record the museum's contact information as well as the exhibit or exhibits they are interested in. Include uploaded files in e-mail template macro
Is it possible to create a macro that, upon selection, will send an e-mail template to a customer, which will include a pre-written message as well as one or two attachments. The attachments will be different for each customer, so the macro would have to include the e-mails uploaded to that particular contacts page. Is this possible through a macro or perhaps other means such as a creator app? Advice is appreciated, thanks.

I cannot see "Notes" when I open an Account profile
I make a lot of notes for each of my accounts. When I go to Accounts page and click a particular Account, the Account opens and: * sometimes I see my notes, and the opportunity to add more notes * sometimes I don't. How can I get access to Notes 100% of the time that I open an Account?
