I need to export my contacts and I see the description of how to do it but there is no "export" button on the top right of my screen. Please help. Thanks
Leads / Notes are not saving
Has there been an update to the notes section within each individual lead? I am trying to make some comments but when I try to save these, the throbber in the browser tab just swirls for a long time. I have not successfully saved any new information for several hours now and this is become very inconvenient. Please can someone look into this? Thanks,

LOGIN: Account is Disabled
When I try to login - Zoho CRM says the Account is Disabled. We need this fixed ASAP. I have already sent one email with no response - HELP?!?!?!?
Can we have a pre-coded field for US counties?
My business is dependent upon county records for each of my leads/contacts. I've been manually adding counties as we add additional states, but this has become cumbersome. Can this be precoded for everyone?
Mail Integration Nightmare
I recently tried the Zoho Mail Add-On to monitor my emails for account related messages. At the same time I added the Outlook Plugin to help sync contacts and calendar items to Zoho. I setup the Outlook plugin to create new leads from unknown contacts by choosing the Leads drop-down in the email section of the plug-in. The Plugin seems to have ignored that setting and created new Contacts and Accounts for all those unknown contacts which synced to Zoho books and Zoho Campaigns, making it an absolute
ZohoCRM 256mb space per user
Hello, Just starting with Pro version of ZohoCRM and wondering how best to attach documents to contacts without eating up the 256mb quickly and therefore having to increase cost with added storage. Any tips on this? I noticed under attachments in contact a link for zohodocs and google drive so thought maybe it just "links" to the file there and would not eat up more crm storage but it looks like attaches so it does take more space. I haven't setup email yet but assuming same issue with email attachments?
Fetch Sales Order with Product Categories
When I getRecordById for a SalesOrder, I get all associated Products, but the Products do not have Categories on them. https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/SalesOrders/getRecordById?authtoken=...&scope=crmapi&id=... Am I forced to make a second request for each Product (or for all Products in our system), or is there a way to include this information using getRecordById or another method that will get me a single Sales Order, with all Products and their Categories? Using Zoho to track rep activity
I am using Zoho to track a small group of outside reps (15-20). I would like to know how to construct a feature to track how many customers and leads my reps visit on a daily basis. The best method I have seen thus far is to have the reps log an Event and close the event for their visit to the customer, adding a few notes to the event so they know what they talked about. Viewing last note or event in Contacts List
I am trying to add the last note or last event entered to a contact to the Contacts List, so that when looking at all contacts, one can easily get the latest action done with that contact without having to dive into each contact page. The "Edit View" or "Create View" functions do not allow adding any of these fields (last note, or last event) to the view. Any way of doing it? Thanks

Grouping Products
My company is selling product sets which include several sub-products (articles) within. These articles are optional (you don't have to pick everything from the product set). Is it possible to group these articles under one product set? So when we are making quote, we can choose a product set and specify which articles we want to take under one product set list. Thank you
CRM - Signature LIne - Images
In Zoho Mail, I have the "Insert Image" icon for signatures lines, but in CRM, the 'insert image' icon has disappeared. It was there and now it is gone again. Under CRM, Account Information, Personal Settings, Signature Edit, the 'image icon" is gone. I am using Chrome to access the area. This is a brand new install of Zoho Mail, and Paid CRM.

Is it possible to trigger email alerts from Zoho to employees who do not have access to the CRM? If yes, is it possible to automate this alert. For eg: for all possible updates to Account A, I would like Employees 3 and 5 to get updates and similarly, for Account C, I would like Employees 4 and 6 yo get updates. Thanks

Deleting Leads
When I attempt to delete a lead generated from my website it sits on the loading screen and does nothing. Refreshing only loads those leads again. I've cleared cache and history and tried another web browser and nothing. Any help would be nice.

I would like the URL of the RSS feed for all the activity on my account, so I can keep an eye on my workforce. We are a small team and it would be god to see the calls/sales as they come in. I would like to be able to read that feed in a third-party RSS feed reader, so I can put it on my laptop's desktop. Why was the Import List Price removed from Price Books?
Hi there. For the last three weeks I've been updating list price in Price Books by importing CSV for the list prices that I needed to update. This method worked a lot faster than the edit all function since there are over 2000 products, and when you have to update list price for over 100 products an import is always easier and faster. Hi all, quite often in how we work with Zoho CRM I would like to appear the field value in one module to be automatically updated in a related module. One example: The *Quote Sub Total* value should be updated (ie copied across) to the Potentials module - this allows for easy comparisons with data in the Potentials module. Another example: A value from the Potentials module (say, how much money we invested on this particular sell) should also appear in (ie be copied across to) the Quotes module.
Do I really have to use Zoho Reports (and pay 50$ a month) to create a report containing elements from Potentials and Invoice module?
We are currently using Zoho CRM and I can create custom reports. But not, it seems, custom reports that are useful to us. Hi, I am looking for a CRM that enables me to store membership information (from Facebook) and locate the nearest member to a postcode or location. I am looking to get a filed under potential module of Currency type that should be "Equal to or Less" of an another Field value. Could anyone please help with the steps. I have tried using the Formula Function to achieve it but I kept getting error.

I would like to achieve a percentage field by using a Function Formula typ filed. I have two fields under potential module. These are named as "Actual Revenue" & "MNC Revenue". New Lead in "All Open Leads" Not Showing Up
I created a new lead. Normally when I create a new lead it appears at the top when I have "All Open Leads" selected. With this last new lead, I have to search for it and then I see the profile. Is this new? Or did I hit some sort of limit on my free account? Or is this a bug?

Can anyone help. I am having problems getting one of my templates to print off the information. In template (inventory templates) I have a sales order that I print off when i've created a job. In the top left hand corner it says Sales Order. Below that it says order number, due date and invoice number. All of these fields i fill in before printing off the sales order. But when i print the only one that has any information in is the due date, all the others remain blank and i don't know how to fix
CRM - Birthday Emails?
HI Guys, Under Contacts we have a date of birth field, is there anyway for the system to send out birthday greetings (template) either automtically (CRM should be able to do that right?) or worse case for a user to once a month run a mass email campaign using birth date as a criteria? From what I can see the birth date field is just a field so if you use a filter for this you will be screwed because of the year?? Any assistance would be great. Im using the Enterprise Edition. Hi, We are more of virtual office type people and we want our Twilio number to ring on our cell phones first. Then if we are not able to answer it we want the zoho phone system to record the voice message so one of us can call back the customer and change the missed call into a lead or contact or potential. Hi. We have just started using the twilio integration with crm and find that we have to type the same notes over and over and over on a call. Although the integration is EXTREMELY nice; we would really like to have a custom call note or "quick note" implemented" so were not having to type the same ones in each time. Currency changed and it made a mess with the quotes.
After months of using zoho, we select the currency in our company settings. The problem is that it made a mess with our quotes, since it deleted some information. The ammounts are correct, but we lost most of the info in the quotations, such as tax and sub total. Is there a way we can recover them.

is it possible to have a view/report that multiplies a probability % by the value to get the "current value" of the deal? for example, a $1,000,000 deal with a 10% probability would have a current value of $100,000.
New custom field drop down options not showing up
I have created a new input field called Industry that has many drop down options. I forgot one option that I want to include and went back and added it under customization, however, when I create a new contact the new option is not there to be selected. Case Dormant for x Days Alert
I've already submitted this to support who were kind enough to forward to Dev team. Essentially I want to send an alert if a case is NOT updated for X amount of days. Just to make sure it's not forgotten! I thought time based rules would allow this but a rule can only run on creation, update or edit so this negates the point of using the last modified time field. This would be s great feature for cases but also opportunities, leads and accounts. Any thoughts appreciated...
