New custom field drop down options not showing up
I have created a new input field called Industry that has many drop down options. I forgot one option that I want to include and went back and added it under customization, however, when I create a new contact the new option is not there to be selected. Case Dormant for x Days Alert
I've already submitted this to support who were kind enough to forward to Dev team. Essentially I want to send an alert if a case is NOT updated for X amount of days. Just to make sure it's not forgotten! I thought time based rules would allow this but a rule can only run on creation, update or edit so this negates the point of using the last modified time field. This would be s great feature for cases but also opportunities, leads and accounts. Any thoughts appreciated...

Do I have to re-embed web form after I edit lead source fields
We embedded a form on our website which uses the lead source field. I realized that the choices in the drop down box did not suit our company/trade, so I edited the available fields in the drop down box. Do I need to re-embed the form or forms on our pages after doing this, or will it update to reflect the edited fields that I saved. The form fields in zoho crn show correctly, but I do not see the correct options on our pages yet, though I just made the changes in zoho crm. Thank you.

Hello, I'm trying to create a custom field under Quotes so that the day entered in the field, will automatically add 30 days to it, when it shows up on the Quote. Date Entered+30 days. Hey, As a manager I want to look-up the potentials without active task, to make sure these potentials arent forgotten by my teammembers after they complete a task and don't add a new one. I've been trying several reports (potentials / activity modules) with different filters but my test potential (2 completed tasks, without an active non-completed task) doesnt show up. Hi, I am pretty new to Zoho. I created the custom module for venues. That works correctly. Where my issue and question lies, is how do I set it up that when someone chooses the venue from the lookup field that the venue address, city, state, zip code, and phone number populate as well based on the record they choose in the lookup field. I configured a new POP3 account with my zoho mail. I imported 30 days of emails into my zoho mail. I have and used to manually attach with plug-in for outlook. How can I export emails that match contacts (outlook, zoho mail); to contacts email history in my CRM? I don't want to import and Zoho make a contact for each email.

Date field in Purchase Orders module not populating
Since the major update to Zoho a few weeks ago, the Date field (${PurchaseOrders.PO Date}) in the Purchase Order module is not populating in the print preview mode or in the default PO template (or the custom one I created either). add paid Zoho Mail to the CRM Plus first page
Hi, I have CRM Plus and now I have also subscribed to Zoho Mail Standard 10GB edition. Is there a way I could add the Zoho Mail to the first page of CRM Plus. The page with the 8 icons of CRM, Support, Campaigns, Survey etc. I know that I can access Mail by clicking on the Zoho Apps icon in the upper left corner. But it would be nice to have the Mail icon also on this page as one of the shown icons. Thanks, marc
