Adding a user who closed their account
Hi One of the users accidentally closed their account and forgot their password. She is unable to sign back in. Is there anyway you can help us add her back? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Email Print not working
The Print email function no longer prints now that I am using Surface Pro 3, Win 8.1 Pro and IE 11.0.96. When the print icon is selected, a new tab is opened but only the message header field names are displayed for printing. Other print functions such as Print Preview in Leads are working fine. Is there a solution or work around?
Outlook Exchange sent/received issue
OUTLOOK EXCHANGE Is there any way to AUTOMATICALLY capture and save all sent and received e-mail for "ALL" contacts and all Leads that are in ZOHO CRM using outlook exchange. Also, does the "Ownership" of the record in Zoho matter? Imap - appears to "Delete" all e-mails from Zoho - when you delete e-mail from Outlook inbox? I do not have the "POP" access as my exchange is "Hosted" by a 3rd party. If this is not working "automatically" does anyone know of any 3rd party products that can be added

Prospects Module not available
Hello I recently was discussing with a friend who also uses Zoho CRm and he tols me about using the module Prospects. As far as I can see he is on the same plan as my organisation (Professional) and I'm not sseing this module, which I reaaly could use. I'm an administrator for our organisation so that shouldn't be the problem. I also have taken a, free, testing account and there I have access to this module. Can anyone help me? common layout across multiple company users
i have made changes to leads, accounts, contacts as per my preference i.e. new field and modules added and some deleted. I also have added my users and given them access (standard/admin)...now here's my Q: is it possible that the changes i have made are applied automatically for other users from my company who are not under my "users" group? so i don't want them to go back to "setup" and arrange all leads, contacts etc from start..if they click on "create new lead" the layout that i have finalised

Sending reminders to contacts for Tasks
Hi there - I have situations where-in I would like to invite my customers to Tasks, and also send reminders for unfinished Tasks. However, I find that I can only include 'Users' within the CRM system to tasks. Is there anyway I can send emails to my Customers about these tasks? Siddharth.

Embedded form on website not working?
I have the embedded script in my website, and have verified that it has been copied & pasted correctly (a number of times). CRM - Build a report to count number of contacts within an account
I'm trying to build a report that would show me only those accounts that have 10 or more contacts. I don't see where I can count the number of contacts within an account and then sort by a minimum number of contacts. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello, The ability to use the back button to return to a previously viewed page would be a HUGE improvement. Having to go through numerous screens to get back to where you were is such a bottleneck. Any plans for this? nbeck09

save form details in Web Forms is not saving
I have made some changes in my webform from left align to top align. I went to save the webform on the Form Details page and it did not get me to the point where i could save the form and embed the code into my webpage. So I backed out and tried the embed options. It gave me the script I needed. I posted the script to my site and it still came out align to the right. I then tried to create another one and again the same thing happened. When I pressed Save on the Form Details page the screen

Using lead status properly and issues with leads
It is our experience that when dealing with leads status should not be used as a means to determine "what is the next step". Effectively status should be used to assist in determining progress much likes stages with potentials. Solution: Sales personnel should instead of status use tasks to create workflow and determine future actionable items per lead.
