Keeping 2 CRM accounts open simultaneously
Hi, I have 2 CRM accounts and I need to keep them both open simultaneously but I can't seem to do that. If I login to one account and then open another tab to try and login to the other one it immediately loads the account that's already open so I can only keep one open at a time. TIA. Regards, Satin.
Sales Stage at Opportunity Creation

Tel Extension numbers - including Mobile App
I don't have many of these but i currently type in ext numbers on the job title for a contact, I was wondering if there is a better place on contacts module to record a customer's extension number, which would be helpful to have on zoho mobile. I cannot find any default field for this.
Mail opt out
I'm using Zoho CRM as a nonprofit donor database. I have a field that allows for an email opt out, but is there a similar field I can create for a snail mail opt out? I need to somehow prevent sending a mail merge letter to someone who has passed away.
Security - Tracing account access and time to customer records
Is there a way to trace user account time and access to specific customer records. We fully believe that we have had a "breakin" and need to find out which user accounts were being accessed to break in to our customer records and the time/date at which they were accessed. Thanks Mark

I have had zoho unused for months is there any service available to explain how each item I need works maybe by asking a series of questions or someone who can help me filter the items I need from the items I don't. It would save many hours and simplify the system for me. I don't need 3/4 of the items and it is overwhelming and not worth all the trial and error time used to figure this out. No option to create new module
Hi there, I'm just getting setup on Zoho. I wanted to create a custom module and I followed the instructions on the help file (Settings_..Customization-->Modules) but I don't see an option to create a new module. All I have is a list of the currents modules and the MANAGE MODULES button. Any thoughts?

Linking Campaigns to Accounts (besides the standard Contacts connection)
In Zoho CRM Campaigns are only linked to the module Contacts, is it possible that, in a future update, you may also link Campaigns to the Accounts module?
Custom Fields
Hi I have recently upgraded to the standard version, and wanted to change some custom fields. Since upgrading I noticed that I have reached the limit on the custom fields and although I have removed 4 to make way for new fields I still can't add more custom fields - very frustrating! Cleaning the Zoho Database
Hi Team, I have a big problem here. There are over 6000 Contacts in my database. I extracted this into an excel and cleaned them, leaving me with around 4000 Contacts, however which is now on Excel. What would be the best way to clean my Zoho Database, so that I'm left with only these 4000 Contacts now? Help....!!

Hi, I'm using Zoho CRM API to create a lead and successfully the lead gets created on submission of details. Also, i have created an Automation Rule for Leads, with alert emails to be sent on lead creation through the API. But, this part does not work for me. I don't get any alert emails on lead creation. What is the process of setting up rules and alert emails for leads created through API? Is there any way to handle emails through API?

Lead Names for Activity Reports
Hi, I need to be able to pull an Activity Report that lists Todays Calls with the name of the person that was called so I can review status of leads with my salespeople. I can add Contact Name to the report, but as far as I can tell I can't add Lead Name to the report. What gives? Is there another report that I should be using or am I missing something? Thanks, Jim

Editing a Pick List, but no space available
I'm a single user, using the free version. Apparently, I've reached my limit in my ability to add new choices to several of my drop down Pick Lists. When this happens, a dialogue box appears, I check "OK" and I can't make any more additions to the Pick List. This process also locks up the program & my PC. I need to close the program, wait, and then restart the program. First, how can I solve this issue? Second, will upgrading to another (paid) version solve this issue? Thank you! Ken

Changing the time an automation alert email gets sent out
Wondering if it is possible to change the time when an automation alert email gets sent out? It seems that any of our workflow rules, automations, alerts, etc.... all of them that are pre-defined seem to get sent to our customers right after midnight. Is there a way we can choose a time when these emails get sent out? Thank you in advance

More custom fields
Hi. I'm sure there is a good reason for having limits to the number of custom fields we can create but do you think it is possible to have more than the current settings. For example you can only create 10 boolean fields in contacts but i have need of at least 20 or 30. the 60 custom text fields is also difficult to manage but have done what I can. It would be a huge help to be able to create as many as required. Is this possible at all? Can you please explain why there is a limit?

Automatic email notification with Potential Upload
Hello, I set up a workflow and rule so when I upload potentials from an Excel file every day, the appropriate sales engineer and sales manager receives an automatic email. It works fine if we enter the information manually, but not via a file upload. I have the rule set so that the Rule is executed upon the creation of the Potential. The Rule Criteria is set so that the Potential Creation date is "today". There are no time alerts. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for any assistance. John Galich
What happened to my emails??
Hello, I converted 7 leads into opportunities today. On the leads section I had listed the company email address and when I converted the lead into an opportunity there is no email section on the layout. Did I lose all of the emails that I had previously put into the lead? If so, that's horrible. Now I have to call those 7 contacts again and get the email address and then add it as a note to the opportunity so that it doesn't get erased. PDF templates generator has changed

I love the Feed idea. Unfortunately any changes I would like to be notified of are hidden in the haystack of notifications about changes or tasks or notes I made. I want my feed to show me the changes or tasks or notes other people are making (and not the changes I am making). Is that possible?

Support is extremely bad and I don't know what to do to let those guys help us I been promised to be called back within one hour after I was on the phone for long time but after one day still no one call. Most data has disappeared from form view. Shows up for print preview.
Hi My forms show empty of data. I enter the data, when I revisit the form it has disappeared. When I do a print preview, the data shows that it is there and prints. Can you please help me work out why the data does not show in the forms? It was showing a coupe of weeks ago. The screen shot shows the inventory form, empty and with data in print preview mode. Under the social settings, it gives the option to add FB and TW, but nothing happens when I click on "Add Account." I have the Professional edition, which according to your website, includes the social tab, but while reading others posts, you have stated that only the Enterprise Edition has it.
