Grant access to Potentials for non Administrative users.
I have a profile set up for Standard users so they can update and view Potentials. However, when a standard user logs in they cannot see the list. How can i grant them access? Thanks
BEWARE 3rd Party Plugin for WordPress -- Someone Hacked My Site

Hello, I have the old "pro" version of CRM for $12/mth... if I upgrade to the new "Standard" version of CRM for $12/mth, will I still have all the same features, but more? Should I do this or not? Problem with opening attached files
I wanted to report a problem that has started a couple of weeks ago and hast been solved I use CRM in in language setup-Hebrew lately when I attach files to records I cannot open them unless I change the language setup to Hebrew. iPhone CRM App interface
Just started playing with the iPhone app and was instantly disappointed. Entering lead information: Every time I click on a text box it animates over to a different screen for data entry, and then I need to click "done" and then select the next box. This seems like it was done for the sake of making it look interesting, but it makes it makes the app extremely impractical for use. The screen should stay the same. You should automatically jump to the next text box after entering data. I love that

Date format handling when Exported to Excel
Hi, Do you have the issue of handling Date in Excel when you export your data? if you have Lead Creation time in one column and Activity Time in another column, how do you calculate the difference between these two in terms of minutes? =month() function gives me day as output =day() function gives me month as output so 12/10/2014 will give output as 12 for month and 10 for day These function stop working when date crosses 12th as there is no 13th month. Zoho support does not know how to handle this,
Comments no longer show time?

Reminder date not matching event date
I am trying to use of events and reminders in Zoho, rather than relying on Outlook. It is annoying that the date and time have to be set twice, once for the event and then again for the reminder. Can the reminder date/time be set to defaulttot the entries made for the event?
Re-activating a user
I am trying to re-activate a user who was set up long ago, but he never properly activated the account. Now all of his old email has been deleted so we cant find the original password. But when I try to create new using his email it says 'that email is already in use'. How can I re-send an activation email to a user so he can create a new password and login?

Using gmail w/ SideKick not getting back into ZOHO CRM
So, it's a unique issue, but one most sales organization would needs addressed. We do a lot of outbound work and this includes using Zoho's mail editor in CRM to send follow-up messages. So, I can call, leave a message and then send an email and this outbound message logs in both my Zmail and Gmail outbound. This is good! Issue being is that when the client replies (I have tested this with a personal account), the email does not make it back into the CRM where I would be notified of an inbound message.

Custom module "add" for related lists
Our business has two types of products that are currently in the same module. I am interested in transferring all of one of those types of products to a different module so that each module can contain only the fields that relate to that type of product. So I would be splitting "Products" into "Devices" and "Phone Services" This part I can manage. What I need help with is how I can have both of these modules interact with our "Members" module so that we can "add" multiple "Devices" or "Phone Services"
Integrating Zoho CRM with Gmail
Hi, I am trying to integrate my new Zoho CRM account with my previously existing gmail. I have tried following the instructions by enabling POP in Gmail but when I go to the Apps and Add ons the only thing that is showing is the Mobile Edition so I can't continue following the instructions. The "Descriptoin Information" field in a task no longer wraps
As I type in the "Description Information" field in a task the text will wrap when it reaches the end of the field. However when I save the information it displays all on one LONG line. I can't read what was entered without scrolling back and forth. This never used to happen. It used to display in a reading friendly format. What changed? How do I change it back?
Unable To Veiw Reports - Permission Denied
