Hi there, I was wondering how I track leads that come from my affiliates' website to mine? So, a website visitor to my affiliates clicks on my banner, then gets redirected to my website, fills out the lead form and buys a product off me. How can I track where the lead came from? Having trouble accessing Zoho on imac
Hi there, I've just created a new user on our office imac. It was working fine but today my colleague is not able to save any changes. She is able to send emails so that part of the process is working. Tried to change a task to completed but was unable to save. First it was just stuck on "loading" and now its saying "unable to process". https://crm.zoho.com/crm/EntityInfo.do?module=Leads&id=434152000001933001 What could be the problem? Unable to add Users
I just signed up with a brand new account on the free trial for the standard version of Zoho CRM. I have then upgraded the subscription to 4 users. Now I want to add the extra users but am unable to do so because Zohoh add user screen won't let me select a role for the new user. Therefore I am unable to add new users. Any ideas? Exporting quotes is very slow today - why?
Is there something going on behind the scenes in Zoho CRM today that would be making my exporting of quotes much slower than normal today? Lately I've been noticing that Zoho CRM runs slow during the day - is this because you are running updates to the software during the working day. To me this seems a simple request, but I can't figure out how to get the information I need. We would like to run a report for the past fiscal year which counts how many activities were logged in the system. We also want to know the number of unique users we had over that time period that keyed information to the application. Using custom functions to send photo with email
I am wondering if there is a way to use custom functions to attach or display the url of an attachment that has been uploaded to the record's "Attachments" related list. I have it set to automatically send an email after creating a Quote record and would like to have any files from the "Attachments" related list sent with it. Otherwise, I will have to manually send the email using the "more actions" > "send mail" command. Is this possible using custom functions? Can anyone give me a little direction

Tracking incoming emails in CRM while using Exchange - Confused!

Zoho projects - Portal User Projects listed in CRM
At the current time I am the County's Administrator for Zoho projects and as such I am defined as a "Portal User". Because I am identified as a "Portal User" whenever I 'Create' a new project or 'Associate' an existing project via CRM Contacts the projects are not identified in the "Projects" list. I am wondering if I am missing something. I see that I can enter email addresses into Leads and even Contacts but for some reason in the Accounts section, there is only a box for website address and not email. Is it possible to add a box for email address in the Accounts section or am I just missing something?

Hi, I try to integrate my Campaigns and CRM (paid plan) accounts. I setup new list in Campaigns, made sign-up form and at this moment I have 3 records on this list. They confirmed the subscription, but I have not sent them any other emails yet. Unable to get data from Zoho Support to Zoho CRM.
I have purchased Zoho CRM and Zoho Support. I have used the ZSC key under Zoho CRM settings (Zoho Apps/Zoho Support) and have added the correct portal and the only one (realtechsolutions). I am able to go over to Zoho Support site and added tickets into Accounts that I recognize from the Zoho CRM side. However when I go back to that same account in the Zoho CRM there is nothing under support tickets. What am I doing wrong?

Zoho CRM Freezing Browser when attaching document
I'm trying to attach a document to an Account record but my browser freezes up each time I click on Document link. I'm using Firefox 32.0.3 which I think is the most current update. I'm running on a Inspiron laptop on Windows 7. Also... down at the bottom of my browser (lower left hand) the words javascript show up when I click on the Document link.

I accidentally deleted the Account and Contact report in ZOHO CRM. How do I get it back, or is it gone for good?
Converted Leads Report not working
Up until last week, I was able to use the Converted Leads Report without any problem. Now, when I enter today's date as a filter, it shows me no converted leads (which is not right). If I remove the filter, it shows me all converted leads and I am able to find the ones from today. How do I fix this so it is easy again to find each day's converted leads?
