Can i show a field multiple times in a form in different sections?
I would like to include in my Lead form the same custom field to show in multiple places. Can this be done?
Zoho Not Syncing with Google mail
My Zoho CRM has not synced with my gmail since 30th April. How can this be resolved? It was working for a week or two before.
how to display fields specific to customer type (vs showing all fields for all customers) for leads, potentials, etc.
I have different customer types. And I need to collect/add different information depending on the type of customer. Is there a way to display in leads and/or potentials only the fields applicable to those types of customers. i would like to make it easier for my staff to enter information, and if they only see the required fields for each of type of customer, that would be easier. i already have separate sections for the info, but it's still too much to look at. if specifics help, i need to collect

Yahoo and AOL changed their policies regarding how certain types of emails can be sent through software and systems as opposed to sending from a personal email account.
Issues Syncing with Google Apps
Hi, I am having trouble syncing Zoho CRM and Google Apps. 1. I have installed the Zoho Google App on my account and it is now viewable under "Marketplace Apps" on my Admin Console. 2. I cannot find the Google App under "Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Google Apps" on my Zoho page to proceed with installation. 3. Folder management within the Documents area
I am wondering if I am missing something. Within the CRM Documents if I create a folder (A) and a second folder (B), but now decide that B should be a sub-folder of A, I can't see how to move folders. Additionally, I can't seem to move documents across top level folders, I can move them anywhere within the the top level folder, but not outside of it to another folder. This seems like such a basic function that I am hoping I am just missing how to do that. Additionally, once a file is attached to

Dashboard Personalised to Current User e.g. Opportunity Stats, Lead Stats etc
Hi All, Forgive me if this a simple task - I cannot for the life of me understand how to do this..! Our company hierarchy is: Director --> Sales Manager --> Account Manager. I want the Account Manager to go to "Dashboards" and see their own pipeline by stage, pipeline by customer, lead stats etc. Currently, when they go into the "Opportunity" Dashboard, they see "Pipeline by Stage" - but this shows all pipeline for all users, not just their own stats. Anybody have any suggestions? Thank you in advance

Overwrite created date
Hi, When we imported about 300 leads from our existing CRM, we had to make a new field that had the leads original created date. Importing the leads changed the date to the date & time the import ran. Is there a way we can overwrite the leads created date with our own value either programatically through the API or an alternative method? Thanks

I am getting the below error message when clicking on the e-mails module. I can send e-mails, however cannot receive them, this error has come on suddenly, have not had an issue in the past years at all, not sure why all of a sudden this is happening now. The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number.
Reorder Related lists
How do we reorder the related lists... On the contact page for example I want the related contacts to be on top and the related "attachments" to be toward the bottom.

Map Dependency Fields Help
Hi, I have created dependency fields to minimize data entry errors by our reps but this has created an error of its own. For all of the parent field options that have more than one child field option that applies I also include none so it doesn't default to anything. But by doing this when a rep selects the parent field the child field switches from -none- to none making it a valid option when it really isn't. Can you please explain why this happens because 'none' isn't a true option within the

Hi, I need to import contacts with attachments files in zoho CRM, this funtionality does'nt exist in standart zoho CRM options. Each row in my excel sheet contain contact information ( first name, last name,....) and a column that contain the link to the file I need to attach to the contact created ( ex : C:\file1.doc). I need to use both 'insertRecods' and 'uploadFile' methods, but I can't figure out how to use them in the same script to get this result. I will be grateful if you can help me with
Soft Pick List
When creating a new Task, the Subject field has an icon to the right that allows you to select from a pick list... yet it is not required that you use one of the defined options. It is the only Pick List field in Zoho that is set this way. In the Field Customization Area for Tasks, you can add different options to the Pick List, but there is no other indication of how to replicate this field implementation. Reply emails go into a black hole?
When replying to email, it seems the reply goes into a black hole somewhere. There is not a record on my clients contact that the email was sent and there is not a record of it in the sent folder. This is a serious issue and I hope Zoho is aware of this??
Duplicate Email Address problem
Hello, We have the "NO DUPLICATE" email address option checked. Recently we attempted to convert a lead to a contact and opportunity and got the error that it couldn't convert due to duplicate email. We have searched the contact database and opportunity database and this email address does not show in the system anywhere. Anyone have any ideas? For now, we just deleted the email address and converted with a contact without an email address and are moving forward from there
Restricting visibility at the Module level
How can I assign permissions based on profile at the Module level? Specifically, I would like to restrict certain profiles from seeing financial data in Quotes, but some fields containing financial data in quotes are mandatory and I cannot restrict visibility. The only thing I could think of was to restrict visibility to the entire Quotes module for certain Profiles. Thanks.
Tracking Off-Line Activites
If I send a free product sample to 250 accounts, what is the best way to track this in Zoho? Likewise, If I send out 500 customized sales letters via snail mail, how do I import that info. Obviously, manually updating the leads would not be effective. We would need to import these items. Are they "activities", "events" or what? We would need to import them so that they would show up in order and in a visible spot. Our account base is not highly technical so these types of "old school" marketing

We have two distinct sales processes, one for signing up installers for our product and one for direct consumer leads. Is there a way to have two unique processes in the system with their own "stages" and related % of close? Mass email selecting contacts
I'm working on a mass email to send out to our contacts and i'm wondering if there is s shortcut to select all contacts [3800]? The way it works now is that i can only select them per page [max 100] and that gets a little time consuming to go and click through 38 pages.
Capture registration fields from wordpress

When a user register on my site through wp-members registration form i receive its name and email field only in my zoho crm contacts. Zoho plugin not sticking in Outlook 2013
I have been trying ot use the Zoho plugin with Outlook 2013 (not the 365 version) but it is inconsistent. After setting it up it works fine. However, on most occasions if I close Outlook and reopen later it is not active. I have to go to add ins and comm and check it again. Then restart Outlook and it works. However, the next reopen of Outlook it's not there and I have to repeat the process. Is there a way to make it stick? Are there add-ins that conflict with it?
Outlook Email 2 & Email 3?
I've noticed that I had a few duplicates in Outlook, which had in turn duplicated themselves in Zoho (Since I had Zoho sync with outlook). However, some of the contacts had 2 or 3 different email addresses, and there's no eloquent way to do this. Can I add additional "Custom Fields" to migrate the Outlook "Email 2" and "Email 3"?

Import Vendors & Associated Contacts in One CSV Upload
I am a new user and would like to import about 300 vendors as well as the people associated with those vendors as contacts. I can set up a CSV file to; Vendor Name, Contact Name, Telephone etc. My question is how can I import them so the contacts are imported to contacts and the company they work for is imported to Vendors? My first attempt was unsuccessful so I also need a helping hand deleting all the existing records and starting over again. Thanks in advance for your help.
Creating a revenue forecast
Hello, I'm looking to input a varying monthly revenue forecast into Zoho for new customers that do not have an established run rate. e.g. Expected revenue from new Customer X could be $20K in June, $0 July, $40K in August, $0 September, then say $100K per month from October onwards.
