Account activity view customization
I can see someone asked this question two years ago, but no updates since then. I would like to customize the headings which appear in the Activities area when I click on an account. This would be for both the Closed and Open Activities sections. Instead of the Start Date Time and End Date Time we would like to see the contact name of the person the activity was conducted with. Is there any way to modify this view?
Facebook integration always fails
Hello, I have switched the company from sugar to Zoho, so far so good :-) Now we are facing a problem, all the contacts we are trying to synch with Facebook, fails... during the process everything seems to work fine but the search results does never include the right contact and the there is no possibility to see more results, even when a contact is in my personal contacts, the search fails... please look into this matter asap as like it is the social integration is not useful thanks

How to see which records were skipped on import
I am importing leads into Zoho. I get the status that the leads were imported and that 9993 were added and 6 were skipped. (Reason: Due to empty values for any of the mandatory fields) But I don't know which 6 were skipped I sorted my excel file that I started with and do not see any empty cells. When importing that many items it is important to know which items are skipped. Thank you!

I get a screen saying "Insufficient privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator". I was fine to send emails using this login yesterday? Any ideas?
How do I create a potential without creating an account?
When one of my salespeople gives a demo to a new lead, I want that Lead to be converted to a Potential and a follow-up to be scheduled. However, when I hit "convert" to create a Potential out of that Lead, Zoho also creates an Account for that Potential. What am I doing wrong? I want my Accounts to only reflect those that have decided to join our service and become customers, not those that were just given a demo.

Synchronising the Outlook contact categories into Zoho

I have been not receiving my system generated emails for over a month now. I have about 5-10 new leads generated on my web form every day. Once a new lead is assigned I get a notification email. Zoho sign up form looks bad

The second one which is meant to capture emails and add them to our contacts so we can include them in our bulletins looks terrible. Creating a Boolean formula field on a date field.
I am trying to create a field that tells me the number of days since a date in a date field (Shoot Date), then once a different field (Moderation Fine Tune) is altered the field tells me the number of days between two date fields (Shoot Date, Published Live). I had this error message come up yesterday, The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number. Outlook only syncing owner contacts not all
Outloook sync with Zoho CRM is only syncing the contact owner records. I can't seem to get it to synchronize all contacts. I have set all contacts in data share to public read/write/delete. Can the sync allow the users to see all contacts?

How do you delete obsolete Competitors?
I have been doing some testing to establish some best practices and procedures for using the Competitor's Section of a Potential. For the sake of expediency I created fictitious competitors. However, now that my testing is complete I want to remove these companies form the list to avoid confusion. I have searched the User Guide and I cannot find a way to do this.
