View Custom Module via iPad
I created a custom module in Zoho CRM that works fine in the web environment. Our sales reps primarily use iPads in the field and have reported that they cannot see the custom module when using the Zoho CRM iPad app. Are custom modules viewable in the iPad app? If so, what settings do I need to change. John Galich

Creating a Purchase Order Template
I am trying to create a new Purchase Order in the Inventory Templates. It is proving very difficult as figures etc won't stay lined up or go where i want them to go! Does any one know if there is a simple way of achieving this? Or is it possible to import a Purchase Order from a word document?

Bits of code are appearing where the client details should be, like type='hidden' name='uiType_Description' id='uiType_Description' value='3'> I think this might have happened if somebody at Zoho was editing the code for the Clients page and forgot to close a tag or something. failure in zoho plugin in outlook 2013
hi, I am (still)struggling with outlook 2013 integration on calender sync. I succeed in installing the zoho plugin and I can see the installation in the addin overview in the outlook settings, but the tab "zoho" fail to pop up in the tool bar. Does anyone know if the language version of outlook should have any impact on the zoho integration ? My windows version is 7 home edition and my office package is 365 home edition. Really hope that someone can help me. regards michael

field name customization
it would be great if it was possible to customize field names, so that, even if the application is not localized, we could at least put our own translation. This is particularly true for the printed invoices. I have looked through the configuration but I was only able to change the invoice section name, not the fields like billing address, ... Mass mail from reports
We generate different reports in Zoho CRM, mostly based on cross module information (contacts + quotes). After having those reports I need to send a mass email to them. Now I'm doing it through a newsletter web service, but I would like to do it from Zpho CRM, directly, without need to export to CSV, import into this web service and then send email. Printing from different templates
How can I easily choose between 2 different templates when I want to print? We enter orders into the invoice module and need to print a packing slip template. The default is an invoice template. is there a way to choose between templates rather than going in and changing the default within the setup module?
Prospects / email
I am trying to use this CRM thing to the fullest. I have the Outlook plugin. When I send an email to the prospect I can create a lead in ZOHO that keeps up with that email. If I am sending an email to request more information from a different source (for example if I am writing a vendor) can I attach it to the prospects email stream in ZOHO?

E-mail Campaign setup and tracking
I am trying to figure out how to set up an e-mail campaign that will allow me to track, auto respond when a lead has clicked in and notify me that some one has clicked onto my e-mail. ZOHO says it's easy, but so far I have spent 5 hours trying to figure this out. Any experts out there?
Autoresponse emails
Hello, I notice that emails sent via an autoresponse trigger (eg. a webform) are not included in the Contact's email history. Will this be fixed in Zoho CRM? Also, is there a way to send a time-based 2nd automated email? eg. Contact fills out a form and receives an autmated email immediately. 1 day later they receive a 2nd email with a special offer. Can this be done?
Web form size
Our website requires the web form be not more than 400 pixels wide. It appears that the minimum width of the Zoho web form is 600 pixels. How can we over ride the minimum width? Thank you. Brad Bowman
problem with date/time and delivery of task reminders
Hi We are experiencing a problem which has been going on only recently, maybe the last 2 weeks or so. We have all our activity reminders set for the same time every morning (9AM) but recently the reminders have not appeared in our email at the correct time. Sometimes they are up to 6 hours late and then appear in blocks of 20 or so but never all together. Additionally there seems to be a problem with adding reminders for some users as they appear with an end time in some cases and not with others.
Search does not find contact
Hi there, I just entered a new contact, saved it, confirmed all the information is there, and now when I do a search, this contact cannot be found. Other contacts can be found, but not this one. All search parameter boxes are unchecked, so everything is being searched. I have searched on first name, last name and company name. Nothing is found. Please advise. Thank you.
Leads - Overwrite or Clone?
I would like to import a list of leads, however, I believe some of them already exist within my existing leads. What is the best way to retain the data (notes, populated fields...) of existing leads, while importing the entire new document? Thank you

I had the unfortunate experience of having to retrieve some records after dealing with a messed up data import. After having gone through that I think it would be really nice if ZCRM would add a search feature specifically for the recycle bin.
email template name alredy exists
How do I create a new email template? I recently have tried to edit an existing template only to have the error box appear stating I couldn't save it because the template name already existed. I KNEW that. SO I tried to create an entirely new template (under a new template folder) and got to the end tried to save it only to have the same little box appear stating the template name already existed. I tried like 10 different names only to have the box appear each time. Any help?

send email automatically when opportunity stage is closed
I cannot figure out how to send an email to a contact based on their opportunity stage set to closed. I can set automation in motion but when I select the email It is looking for an email based on the Opportunity module as opposed to the contact module. Limitations on use of Free edition
Hi I have just moved from the 15 day trial to the Free Business Edition. As soon as I have I have tried to log a call and send an email. i get an error box as soon as I click on either action saying Sorry,you have reached the maximum limit in your current edition I have checked the pricing model and I see no notice of a limitation. P.S. I only logged one call in the Free edition so not much of a limit if this is true Martin

Setting up email to automatically apply after an opportunity stage is set to closed.
We use opportunities to determine jobs closing when a job is complete. When that happens I want to send emails to the customer at regular intervals of 1 week, 1, 3, 6 months, and 1 and 2 year intervals. I have the email templates prepared but I cannot figure out how to set the auto trigger when an Opportunity stage is set to closed to put the customers emails into motion. I figure it will take 1 workflow rule for each email but when I select the job to check for stage being modified it will nto let

I am new to Zoho. I signed up only two days ago but I see so many issues with lack of support, buggy functionality, slow application response and inability to populate more than 1500 rows of data in one shot. I am not sure if this is the right tool. I have been trying to write a support ticket for two days now asking to find out why I am not getting new account confirmation emails and even support ticket function does not submit when i login as admin!!! What is your experience. Should I cut my loses?
out of control open tasks
I want to use Zoho to alert me to tasks (phone calls, emails) in the future. But on my home page it lists said task even though I believe I set it up to remind me in three weeks. Can someone help me? Thanks, Sam
