CRM Integration not working in Zoho Mail
Hi, I found a couple of community support articles from 2015 on this topic, but the interface has moved on enough that those answers no longer make sense. In Zoho mail, when we attempt to open the CRM integration, it blanks the screen (with a layer) like something is loading, butit never progresses - here is a screen shot: It just hangs after this until we refresh the browser. Any ideas on how to get CRM to actually load? Is there a permission on the CRM side that isn't working?
Zoho Mail Calendar and ZOHO CRM
I have followed all the process for setting up the sync between ZOHO Mail and ZOHO CRM calendars. But sync is only occurring one way. My ZOHO mail calendar has all the ZOHO CRM info, but my ZOHO CRM calendar is not showing any of the information in my mail calendar. Why is this?
Incoming filter condition does not contain bcc
I need to filter incoming emails based on the value in the BCC of the email, however BCC is not offered as an option in the filter conditions - only To or CC Is this choice missing for a reason?

Incoming email maked as SPAM
Hello, we are using outlook 2010 and some email are not being forwarded from zoho, they are marked as spam. As a hotel we have a lot of individuals customers mails that are getting marked as spam, and this is a major issue for us. We understand that zoho has an automatic filter, is it possible to disable it so we can decide what is or isnt a spam email ? Regards

Hi. For two / three days, some customers have complained about not receiving an answer to their emails. Checking our mailbox we do not see that any of them have been bounced and looking in the control panel (problem solving) we observed that after several attempts the zoho records indicate that they have been delivered. Just migrated from another server. No incoming emails received since. Bouncing.
I have migrated (supposedly successfully) my organisation's email accounts over the past 48 hours and been unable to receive new emails ever since. A client has telephoned today to let me know a bounce notification is being received at their end. HELP!

Email is not being delivered.
I was always able to send my emails normally but in the last two weeks I noticed that my emails are not being received by one company. Before this two weeks everything was ok we were sending messages and emails without a problem, but then they stopped receiving my email. I tried adding other email addresses to see if other users can get the mail and indeed they do but the most important company is not receiving it. We already asked to see the Spam and Not wanted email, but it was not there either.

Can't set up mx records with shopify domain for mail
Hello I just created a shopify store and I bought a domain name. In order to send email for my customers with my domain name I need to use zoho for this. After following the instructions I still can't fix the problem with the mx records in my dns set up in shopify. at one point I tried so many things I thought I would cancel my current zoho account and create a new one but apparently if you cancel your account you can't create a new one with same mail adress. here are screenshots of my problems.

I had my email previously with Gsuite but I have canceled that and am now using Zoho. I signed up using the prefix for my domain email as "dustin" and that works fine. But when I go to add an email alias your system gives me this error: "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization." How exactly do I disassociate my email with Gsuite so I can add an alias with my Zoho account? Thanks

Zoho Mail IMAP slow in Outlook

Real email going to spam, filters not working
Hi, I have a problem which is pretty serious: genuine emails from potential clients are landing in the spam folder. I set up filters to filter any emails with words like "offer", "translation", etc. (things that tend to be in the subject line), but for some unknown reason, the filters are not working. This is quite a serious problem as I have to keep manually checking the spam folder even on my mobile when I am out, just to make sure I've not missed anything... Thanks for all assistance possible.

Apple App Email - Issue
When I open up the app. and scroll down to all email the app shuts down. It has worked perfectly in the past. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and still have the same issue. Was there an update that had a bug? Need help!

Filters Gone Wild! An email filter no longer is correctly filtering incoming mail.
I've had the same filter since August 2017. It takes incoming mail and if it is "FROM" someone NOT IN "My Contacts", then it moves the email to a folder called "Unknown." This has helped me prioritize emails from people already in my contact list. Nothing has changed in my contact list or my filters in the past week, but starting last week, it randomly captures emails in this filter despite the senders being in my contact list. I have 1 primary and 4 aliases. I have error that one of the SPF records is not working. This is the message when I click verify: We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now.
