Creating Projects in Zoho Mail
Is there a way to create projects in Zoho Mail without using Zoho Projects? If so, is there a way to create projects in Zoho Mail without assigning them first to a Group? (I am a solo entrepreneur, and do not need to use any of the group functions.) Can tasks created in Zoho Mail later be assigned to a Zoho project? With my thanks in advance, Metta

Can someone please confirm something when running the new Desktop Lite app on a Windows 10 desktop in a domain environment? It seems like you can only run the app as an Administrator?! Is this expected behaviour? If so it means its unuseable on our network. Thanks, James

Please check why my colleague could not receive the mail.
My colleague had problem that she could not receive mail from customer, I already followed these step. Check in spam mail -> nothing there. Check on receiver name -> correct. As customer if they receive any returned mail -> none. All I can say that, mail was already sent from customer. Reached to zoho server but look like the mail could not delivered. Please check. Folder missing from email
Last night when I logged into my emails, about 80% of my folders have disappeared. If I search for emails that should be in those folder I can find them, but I cannot navigate to them via the folders as the folders are missing. This is on my PC and also on the Zoho mail app (Android). Help!

My domain is no longer available
I have a domain hosted by ZOHO "stratusdigital.co.zw". The past few days my domain name can no longer be found when I try to log into my email using the domain link. Hello, I had setup DKIM about yesterday (10 hours ago), and it still is unable to verify. Every time I click on "Verify" button it gives me: "We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now.
