Can receive email but cannot send email
I can receive email but when i send email , it is shown send , but ends but not sending. I have tried to send it to my gmail, it never get through. My client also complain that they have not receive my email. Help~!!!

Hi, i have an issue with my emails going into spam./junk folders of recipients. I have my DNS set up as follows: v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all
new pop3 account, not collecting all the e-mails
So I recently set up a new pop3 account in zoho mail. and so far so good. However for some strange reason, it has collected all the e-mails until the beginning of february and any e-mails between now and the beginning of february on the other e-mail server where not collected by zoho. Any ideas?

I cannot reactivate my email for outbound. It continues to say contact support. I even upgraded my account and still am not able to send outbound emails.

how to set up zoho mail to delete popped mail from Yahoo
Hi, When setting up my Zoho mail to pop my yahoo mail account, I noticed an option for zoho to delete mail in yahoo inbox. If my memory is correct,when I delete popped mail from my Zoho inbox, Zoho is able to automatically delete the same email from Yahoo inbox. How do I find those particular settings again so I can make that choice? I have tried looking in the settings area where I would expect to see these options, but no luck so far. Thanks, Jay

I've had my SPF records setup correctly with my DNS (fastwebhost) for seaexpressservices.in I am sending mails to all domain but none of mail recived, when i check with mstoolbox.com no error show with SPF record. Please help to resolve this issue.

Cannot Authenticate to IMAP
I can no longer authenticate to IMAP. I have verified at least 10 times that the credentials are correct. It used to work just fine before I enabled two factor authentication. I have since disabled two factor authentication but I can still not authenticate with IMAP. So here's what's happened: 1. Enabled two factor authentication and changed password. 2. At this point, IMAP authentication starts to fail, this is expected. 3. Generated app password for IMAP. 4. Enter it a thousand times correctly

Hi, I can't seem to find how I can sort my e-mails .eg. by sender or date but revers order etc. I found this help page: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/sorting-mail.html#alink But the information given there is simply wrong, the e-mail (or my e.mail) list in the folders do not have the these kinds of headings(subject, date, etc.) that you could click on. Hi, Since yesterday we have not been able to send mails from one of our email id. We have done all the possible troubleshooting in outlook which involves deleting and recreating email profile, changing outgoing ports ssl/tls and also tried reinstalling outlook. Nothing works and we are stuck with this error: 0x800CCC1A. Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method.
