cannot send mails. windows xp + outlook 2007
Hi, Since yesterday we have not been able to send mails from one of our email id. Receiving mail works though. We have done all the possible troubleshooting in outlook which involves deleting and recreating email profile, changing outgoing ports ssl/tls and also tried reinstalling outlook. Nothing works and we are stuck with this error: 0x800CCC1A. Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator

Mails are not going through outlook 2003 version. getting error from yesterday it was asking for skf and dkim entries have made changes but still mails not going. Error sending emails in old Outlook versions
Hi everybody, SInce today, some email accounts I have configured in old Outlooks (2003 / 2007) stopped sending emails with error 0x800CCC1A - your server does not support the encryption type you have specified. Nothing was changed on these configurations, and all at once stopped working. Any ideas?
Notification Enable
I am new to zoho. Trying to set up email notifications. Help says that with Setings>Mail>Appearance I am supposed to see something in the bottom right corner of the pane that will allow me to enable notifications. I don't see it there. What am I missing? Thank you.

Entourage 2008 sending failure
I have had two users who have Mac os 10.7 and Entourage 2008 have sending failures in since Wednesday (2/22/17) It appears they can no longer connect to ssl / smtp.zoho.com / port 465. did a certificate or ssl policy change that would cause them to no longer connect. I verified that they can talk to other SMTP servers on 465 (smtp.gmail.com) but they will no longer work on smtp.zoho.com. Any suggestions or options. Too much mail ending up in Spam
I recently noticed that many legitimate emails are ending up in the Spam folder. I have tried adding domains like "linkedin.com" to the whitelist and adding the senders to my Contacts but Zoho keeps sending them to Spam.

Hi there, I currently have a wellness@sportsroom.com.au account. I created a business@sportsroom.com.au secondary email. I wanted to know how I can send and receive emails under this account?
