Is DKIM necessary to use Zoho Mail
My DNS provider does not allow me to have DKIM records unless I pay for a more expensive option through their service. As the domain I am paying them for is a part of their organisational domain I cannot change away from them without losing my domain. Therefore, do I have to use DKIM or will SPF be sufficient to use Zoho as my mail provider? Regards, Alex B

Time for a new provider?
I have not been with Zoho long and recently moved from another provider having the same types of issues. Since the four weeks I have moved here, I have been down 5 times. How sad is this? Why can they not run such a simple system? Anyone use another provider that actually works?

My auto reply is on, and it does probably sent mail to no-reply addressess, so my bounce rate went up, and now I can't send mail anymore. I can send email, but all incoming emails bounce with the error "MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes (in reply to end of DATA command)" 1- What caused this please? 2- When will it be resolved? 3- What can I do to avoid this happening again? Sending mail from Outlook error - SMTP server timing out
I've been having problems for a couple of days sending email from Outlook. Receiving mail is fine, but trying to send mail results in an error which says 'the operation timed out waiting for a response from the SMTP server.' The error code is 0x8004210B.. I had issues configuring DKIM earlier. I believe the issue has been corrected, but email is still being rejected with a 554 5.2.3 error. I am no longer seeing errors in the Zoho control panel and external DKIM tests are showing correct now. Is my account temporarily locked? If so, will this unlock automatically after XX time or does this need to happen by request?

When I send an email on the server page at zoho.com (from my zoho.com account to my work email which isn't an account on my phone), I receive the email in my zoho inbox as if I SENT it to the zoho address. DKIM set up for TSO Host
Hi I'm trying to setup DKIM for my domain as per the instructions in the control panel. I've set up a selector called "admin" which I hope will cover all my users' emails. I've then set up the TXT record in my DNS manager for the domain but it won't verify. Can anyone see what I'm missing to make this work or does it just take some time to establish itself across the servers and will be fine in a couple of days? Thanks for all you help in advance. Rob

Could not Authenticate
We are getting "Could not authenticate" error while trying to send email from our domain. Emails were working till 12:10 PM EST, but suddenly stopped working after that.
