Daily limit for sending emails
Hi, We are running a community service which sends emails to single users (e.g. to confirm registration, reset a password, get notifications,... no mass mails). We do not reach the 1000 emails per day yet but this might happen throughout the upcoming year. Therefore, I'm searching for a long-term solution. Is there an option to lift the limit for emails sent per day or do you offer any service upgrade to buy which would allow us sending more? As far as I understood Zoho Campaigns isn't really suitable

Thunderbird timing out while connecting to SMTP
This is been working for weeks and now all of a sudden Thunderbird returns the following when trying to send mail The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.zoho.com timed out I have checked all my settings they are set correct, and I have confirmed this with your documentation. IMAP Connection Problem
Hello, We've been having IMAP Connection problems since yesterday with our email clients stating that the connection to the server is unavailable. It sounds like others are reporting similar problems on the forum. Is there an IMAP problem with the servers, and if so, is there an ETA for a fix? Thank you.
Too many connections with IMAP
Just recently I started getting tons of IMAP errors about too many connections. I have Thunderbird set up to only use 2 connections, and the only other client is my phone with gmail, and yet I get these errors about 70% of the time. Is there a way to check what client may be causing this?
Hotmail Problems
Hi, I'm having problems receiving mail from a hotmail account, any other mail seems to be ok. They can send mail through gmail and that arrives, but nothing from hotmail. If they send to anybody else it works fine, it's just me. Is this a problem with Zoho ? Any ideas?

I can not send mail from one of my accounts, Friday exceed the limit of 50 emails a day, but it took several days and I still get the same error

I understand that the daily limit is 50 emails per day and 500 mb per day, if the plan contract $ 10 it increases these limits? and if another plan contract it increases the limit?

Zoho setting for Mail Transfer Agents
Hello, I am running my Drupal site off an Ubuntu LAMP server and want to add the possibility for the Drupal to send emails (e.g. that come from the Contact form). This needs some sendmail software to be used by php. I am thinking of trying sSMTP or Postfix (I found sendmail a little too difficult to configure). Guys, I have purchased new domain (edlt.io). When i have tried to create a email for that domain i gave ma number to verification. Hi, (domain name removed for privacy) I am writing a new website which is going to be hosted at www.***.com; it has a PHP form designed to post the data from an HTML5 form and send the data as an e-mail via Zoho's servers to our info@***.com e-mail account. Cannot create domain based email account
Hi, I've added the domain quivit.nl to Zoho mail and now I want to create a domain based email acount. When I open up Zoho Mail it redirects to https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/createMailAccount.do. Can't Verfiy Domain!
Hi Zoho, I followed the instructions to verify my domain in order to set up the email but it still says its not verified no matter what I do! I've filled out an inquiry form and sent it to customer service a few days ago but haven't heard anything back. It's quite frustrating. As instructed, I attached a screen shot proving that the domain has been verified. The domain was bought through GoDaddy.ca on October 18, 2016 and will expiry on October 18, 2018. Please help me!
