Hello, I have been looking all over the zoho documentation and forums throughout the internet to try to find my answer. I have my mx dns settings pointing at zoho correctly and have my account verified. My question is while setting up email routing to split delivery, i am getting confused about what the "Destination to route the emails" is suppose to be. My Outlook account in Zoho mail. has been disabled. When I try and enable it, I get the error message "Unknown Host: outlook.office365.com". It has worked fine for months, and no changes made to our Outlook account. Any ideas how to fix it?

What are the limits of a free account? And what the heck is Zoho really about? When am I considered a non-personal user?
I'm using Zoho only for personal usage. But still, I don't get it. What are the limitations of a free account? I had a look on this list: http://www.zoho.com/pricing.html and thought I might find a comparison table. But it only says "free for personal use". Well, that's nice. I see that there is "Zoho Business" for example, and of course it's logic that this has a price. Can't Set Location
Hi there, Previously I had locations set for all my users. I noticed as I have been editing users' information, that their locations have been disappearing. Hi, I have created my account with a domain email. however after setting up the email account it asked me to verify my email which i dont have access to because i registered with the domain email. after that I changed the email to another email and got verified and when i go to my mail cpanel it says no domain configured. however I can access to my previously configured emails while creating the account. Permanent Error - Please Help
Our email has been working for for months and then all of a sudden this pops up everytime I try and send an email. I changed from pop to imap and still the same error. We are unable to send or receive mail through Zoho using our Office365 server this morning. The error message is " The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number. The account is disabled now, and when I try and enable it, it says that outlook.office365.com is an unknown host. Problems with syncronization and spam
Hi Zoho, Recently I have transferred my domain mails to Zoho. All users are receiving and sending e-mails through MS Outlook 2013, and we are facing 2 problems: 1 - When the e-mail is sent, 2 copies are saved at "Sent" folder: one is saved as a normal e-mail and the other as a spam mail. 2 - When synchronizing the e-mails, frequently we have an error (0x800CCC0F) that force us to send/receive couple of times till it works. Problems with ActiveSync
In the web mail interface I created a sub-folder under inbox and moved several emails into that folder. On my iPhone the folder is visible but without any contents and under outlook 2016 the whole folder is missing. Apart from that the ActiveSync is working really fine.
