Zoho's Spam filter block my emails to myself :)
Just interesting and funny. Apparently Zoho produces enough spam that emails from me to me (using my Zoho account) and from Zoho corporate end up in my spam folder :D
Can't Add New .net Domain for Email

Domain verification with shopify
The steps you give to create a CNAME at sacredbirthcollective.com in the Zoho mail suite do not match up with the DNS Zone within Shopify. Please advise. You give me a name and destination. They ask for a subdomain and host.
Outgoing mail disabled
One of my user having a problem in sending mail. When i checked in control panel with main user, we found that outgoing mail for the sub user "priya@integrocareers.com" was disabled. While trying to enable it back, we got a error message stating that, "operation permitted for paid users only".
Outgoing Email
On more than one recent occasion, I have sent emails that do not appear in neither my sent folder our outgoing messages folder. This is not a fluke as it is happening frequently, both on my computer and my phone. Please advise.

I was in the process to trying a free mail account for my domain (www.theanimalrepublic.com) with you guys, and thought the process of confirmation via phone number, i accidentally closed the confirmation window before i completed it, now when i try to start with the process all over again i always get this message - * This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho - and can't continue with it after that :( . could you help me out please? I can receive but I can't send emails from iphone via imap
Good morning! I sent off 2 emails this weekend from my iphone and I didn't realize that they were sitting in my outbox. I received a message that said "cannot send mail, an error occurred while delivering this message." I followed the instructions on the website regarding setting up zoho mail on my iphone, so I'm not sure what happened. Can someone please help? Thanks! :)

Mobile App Screen Rotation for Apple products
I have the ZOHO mobile app for my Samsung S6 and my Iphone 6. In my S6, I can turn my screen landscape wise and the screen will rotate so i can see more of my screen horizontally. However, no matter how I turn my Iphone 6 or my larger IPAD, the screen won't rotate. Yes, I even have the screen rotation button on UNLOCKED so it should rotate. All other apps rotate except Zoho mail. Is there a way to enable screen rotation?

Retrieval of deleted email
I was reviewing my spam email on the app and had accidentally deleted an important email as I was in the process of moving it over to my inbox. I've sent multiple tickets today in order to retrieve the email asap. It was deleted today (August 29th at approx 11:05). As soon as it happened is when I had reported it. Secondary email delinked but unable to delete
Hi, I had accidentally linked a wrong email as the primary email. I then changed the secondary email (which is the correct email) to the primary email and now need to delink the account or delete so I can recreate the same I plan to use that same email address. When I try to delete secondary email I get a message that I need to contact my administrator, and I am the administrator. How do I delete the wrong email so I can reuse that secondary email?
