Just wanted to let u know that the Active Sync connections are having multiple issues: - Outlook 2016 -> Can connect, but mails dissappear or not show at all - Windows Phone: -> download attachments in mails won't work -> certain items seems missing (mails, calendar, contacts) -> sometimes I can't connect/sync for days So thanks again for the great product, but please fix the ActiveSync

Having trouble discovering how to set up automatic forwarding from alias
Hi, I would like to set up automatic mail forwarding from one mailbox alias to another email address outside Zoho. Is this posssible? The only options I can find are to forward all emails from the mailbox address, which I definitely do not want to do. If it is possible to somehow select only one email alias for forwarding, could you please explain to me how to do that. If it is not, could this option be added to Zoho Mail please? Thank you, Prema

Can't set up new email address that start with a name - why?!
Appreciate any help with the below. I have been setting up a series of email addresses through 'Send Mail As'. While I have been able to set up addresses starting with admin@ / sales@ / info@ etc whenever I try and set up an email with certain words or a name (eg. rachel@) I am not sent a verification code. Can't see my messages
I had a few hundred messages in my inbox, today I can see only 70 of them, going back to 1st January this year. Have tried both the old and new website interfaces. I have been a Zoho Mail user for a number of years and never had this problem. I used to click to a new page by using the pagination icon at top right on the old interface. This now shows only a single page with the 70 recent messages. Zoho's support in reinstating my messages would be appreciated.

I am new to Zoho. While I may use the email campaigns eventually if I convert from Constant Contact, right now I would like to continue to send a snail-mailing to physical addresses monthly. How do I track this in Zoho? I may mail different pieces so want to label my snail-mailings so at a glance back I can see who has received what mailings to their physical address from us.
