I don't understand how to use my secondary email
I don't understand how to use my secondary email. I see that I can only send and receive mails from my primary email in Zoho Mail. I tried to log in with my secondary email but it's still my primary email. Then I tried with the Zoho Mail iPhone App, I log in with the secondary mail but it's still the primary. And finally I tried with the iPhone Mail App, tried IMAP and POP but it failed. What am I doing wrong?

Once of my users account is blocked. The blocked mail is - minotii@genesisreal.in we need this mail activated as fast as possible. Mail account blocked URGENT HELP NEEDED!
My main mail account got blocked because I sent an email to 16 recipients. This was NOT a newsletter, I was directly contacting some people who volunteered at an event we ran to thank them - I used BCC because that's good practice when emailing a group without compromising their identities to each other. We are running another event in less than 2 days, and I cannot send any mail! Hiya. I signed up for Zohomail a long time ago. I have since forgotten my password. And for some godawful reason my 'password reset' address according to the page that pops up after you ask to have your password reset.......is the same as the email address I am trying to reset, LOL. I have since used the contact form on the site to place a request to reset it, but have no idea how the hell I'm going to verify it's "me".....is there a better way to reset the password than to have to wait on support
