incoming and smartphone sychronize problems
Hello Zoho team, from Wednesday ,i have issues about my incoming messages, and plus of it my phone have problem to synchronized (of course I delete account, and did set up again with imap, but I have again problem) any one message outgoing and incoming cames alert to my phone my account is professional account and I have problems, cause I am digital marketer, and you imagine what is mean email about my job description. Zoho hosted domain sent mails goes to Outlook clients's Junk folder.
Hi, the mails which is sent from Zoho hosted domain mails are going to Junk folder of Outlook Client users. Mails sent to Gmail, Hotmail and Outlook.com works fine and the only problem is with Exchange server users who use MS Outlook Client. My domain have SPF records of 3 mx records of zoho added. But do not know why this problem occurs. Will DKIM sgnature fix this issue? If yes could someone give me a brief guide add DKIM signature?

My xyz domain can't be added, please help!
I try addition of xyz domain "noraneko-web.xyz", "noranyako-web.xyz" and "stray-cat.xyz". But that's failed. These are the pay domain and aren't free that. I'd like to use a mail by these domains. Something to respond to my request is only zohomail in all service. Can someone settle this problem? I want you to help early!

Disable Spam filter for contact form submissions
Dear, I am using zoho mail to receive mails submitted through a contact form. Unfortunately I have not been able to configure a way to whitelist these messages. Some go to the inbox, most of them go to the spam folder. Can you please help me turn off the spam filter for messages with a specific tag in the body, or sent to a specific " name" ?

I am unable to send any emails for now 3 weeks! I have upgraded the Zoho account but still having the same problem. Can anyone help? I might need to go and go back to Gmail that is so much better. I never had such issue with GMAIL.

Failed to connect email to an iphone
Hi, I am having issue to connect a mailbox to an iphone. I am using Exchange option from the iPhone but It was saying "Verifying" and then failed I have enabled the ActiveSync option in the control panel (see the attached image) The email address is edwin@seventro.com

Login Issues: Says "Account is Disabled" Right after signing up?
I signed up under the free business email account. Filled in everything but never got the setup confirmation page. Whenever I try to login to email using credentials infiniteoutdoorstore@gmail.com it gives me the message "Account is Disabled" How? I just created this account. I've never had this issue before. Please any help would be appreciated.

Dear Support Team, today we wanted to send a press announcement via email to about few hundreds (at least 300) recipients at blind copy. Unfortunately we received from the mail server following error message 'Unable to send message;Reason:550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit'. So we reduced the amount of recipients consistently until we reached the number of 3 recipients, we were surprised that even at this low number your server remained to return the error message. May you can help us regarding this
Not receiving Mails
For some reason i can't receive all the emails that was sent to me. i can receive some of the emails but not all. Many people said they have sent me emails but i cant see any. Regards.
Incoming Mail Disabled & No Groups
I tried to post this topic earlier & it said I did, but I could not find it listed anywhere. I accidentally disabled a user account but I re-enabled it. However, they do not receive incoming emails now & are not a member of the 2 groups we have set up which they were previously members of. 553 Relaying disallowed
I was trying to setup an account on outlook, the pop3 connection was OK, but the stmp failed and shows a "553 Relaying disallowed". What this mean? How can I solve it? Already have about 5 acoounts within this domain setup without problems, but the outgoing server name used is smtp.zoho.com / SSL / port 465, and the emai is "mramirez on seiconsultores dot cl" thanks!
