Event Reminder
I find the email integration in gmail very helpful. After corresponding with a potential client I can add them as a lead and schedule an event right through my email without actually having to log on to the CRM. The most helpful feature to me however is the email reminder I receive for the event and this is not available to create through the email integration. Default language
it seems that the system set Italian as the default language of my domain and I don't find any setting to change it. I use Italian but it is also the default language of the other users/email addresses that I create under my domain and I don't want it because they don't know Italian! When they log in the account or in the web mail everything is in Italian even if they don't have Italian in the browser and their IP address is not in Italy. How can I change it? Thank you Regards

Shared folders - forwarding or commenting not working
I have a shared folder and I would like to forward an email in it to another person but whenever I try to do that it says "request failed". I have also tried to comment on the email and tag someone else in but when I type @ and the first letter of the persons name, it doesn't preload anything so I can't comment either. Are these 2 things not meant to work? Or are they just failing for me only?

Not able to send email from Outlook or Android mail client
I am the administrator of our zoho mail account for datasquid.com. I cannot send email from Outlook or Android mail client. It is only possible to send email via Zoho web client or Zoho android app. I got an expert to check my SMTP settings. I'm having a problem with sending emails to gmail accounts. They simply don't show up on the other gmail account. Not in the spam folder or the junk folder. I am unable to configure my domain
I have signed up with zoho and setup my account with domain finaltouch.co.il however when i go to the dashboard, under domains I see "no domains configured". When I try to add my domain again i am told the domain is already listed. I am trying to enable email hosting and more users but cannot continue because of this issue. Email not been working all day
My email has not been been working all day, I just get this screen: I've asked for help through Twitter but all your Twitter person says is to clear my cache which is not the solution to the problem. I've cleared my cache & cookies, I've tried opening it in Chrome Incognito, I've tried accessing my account in Microsoft Edge, I've tried my phone, and all of them bring up this error message. I am unable to execute the instructions for the DDOS attack at my domain host Network Solutions. There is not an option, for domain forwarding only web forwarding which is fee based and doesn't allow me to forward to my www.flowingwaterstaichi.com. Even If I pay the fee I cannot execute the instructions as indicated. Network Solutions support indicated the only possible way to map the domain was via A records and CNAME entries. My webiste www.flowingwaterstaichi.com has been down for 2 days now.

Mail not sending although it states mail sent and its put into sent items

Zoho Mail states the email has been sent and is added to the sent items folder but none of the emails are received! Spam Mail Does Not Load for Android IMAP Account
I have 2 Zoho email accounts but not able to add both in Zoho Android Mail App. As per Zoho help forum, I set up 1 account using IMAP on my android. As a result, I missed important emails as they went into spam folder which doesnt load. Didn't realised this until I logged in from desktop 2 weeks later! Any solution to this besides having to frquently checked desktop version? Why doesn't Zoho team resolved the problem of not able to set mutiple accounts in their mobile mail app?
