Sent email delivered to outlook
When I send an email through a browser on Zoho Mail the sent email also lands in my Outlook program when I do a send/receive on that. How can I stop this?
URL in the email is removed
Hi, I've seen my Zoho mail account always removed URL in the email like this. href= Original URL in the message was something like http://www.abc.com/support/abc Can anyone advise why this happens? Is this filtered because of Anti Virus app?
Is there a way to create a case in CRM from Zoho Mail?
It seems funny to me that you can do this with the outlook plugin but not from your own product. Am I missing something?

Outgoing email blocked because of exceeding quota
We have a problem with one of our emails being blocked because it exceeded the outgoing email quota. That makes no sense since that email is just sending regular emails with no major attachments or anything. Why is that? Any idea how we can fix it? Thank you

blocked outgoing e-mail
Hello, please unlock outgoing mail for my main user aria**@institutocdi.org.br, it got blocked under the reason Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit [ Bounce count=10 ] . Dear Zoho team, I had my domain comniversal.com registered with Zoho and webmail works just fine. However, I never managed to get any email client work with Zoho despite the fact that I set all configuration as instructed on Zoho website. Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address
I created a user under my account arttantra in Zoho Mail and associated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists. the email id i created was shubha@arttantra.com and shuba@arttantra.com how can i rectify this? I've also mailed to support@zohomail.com haven't got any updates from them yet :|
Route 53 Does Not Allow Two Nameless (Blank) MX Records
I successfully added Zoho's first MX record using a blank name in Route 53. However, when I try to add the second MX record, I get an error: "Tried to create resource record set [name='example.com.', type='MX'] but it already exists" Obviously I swapped the actual domain with example.com just for this post, and I assume it probably goes without saying that "@" doesn't work in Route 53 fwiw. Do I really need the secondary MX record? If so, what do you recommend as a solution? Sincere thanks in advance,
Email I sent from my gmail never gets to zoho inbox
Hi, So I sent emails from gmail several times to my zoho email account, but none of them shows up on my zoho email inbox. Sending emails does not even return errors and they are just gone. Sending/receiving emails within zoho emails work, but I can't access any emails outside of it. Any ideas? (haven't been getting any confirmation emails from mailchimp, gmail....etc)

I've created an account for my business and would like to add my business partner to everything. I have added a user in the CRM, but can't figure out how to add her to the email suite. Dear all, I have been experiencing problem to receive emails from a contact form in a Wordpress Website. Basically, we have a website www.hydrogenhorizon.com. And we set Contact Form 7, a plugin to send a copy of the submitted forms to horizoneducational.com emails. However, we cannot receive it. How to add additional users after initial setup of free enterprise class email hosting
I have my own domain name and signed up to host email using the Free Enterprise Class Email Hosting. During the setup process, I added 2 users, with the intent of adding more later. Now that setup is complete, I can see where to add new groups, but not new users, when I am logged in with the admin email address. Is it possible to add new users after setup, when using the free hosting? Or do I have to delete the account and start over again, adding all users at once? Thanks!

Cannot close my account
having had multiple CRM accounts within Zoho for various reasons, I have now merged all into one so I want to close all the old ones now. I have reduce the subscription from Professional to Free edition. There is only one user left the administrator.
