Yet another "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender"
Hi, Mails like these (see below) sometimes pops up in my wife's inbox (and she of course didn't send it). Is this someone that has used your mail server in her name or is this a case of someone "liftiing" her mail address ? None of the recipients are in her address book and her PC was in "Sleep" when this happened. The past few days mails like these run into her inbox 10-14 times a day. Importing Emails From Gmail
I am transferring my email service from Google Gmail to Zoho mail. I would like to export ALL my mail from Google to Zoho but i was wondering how to do it. I tried downloading the emails, but they come back as a .mbox file with is not compatible with Zoho Mail. Please tell how export emails from Gmail to Zoho Mail. Is there any way other than POP because I find it kinda confusing.... Thanks!
IMAP sync issue with Sent folder
I'm using Thunderbird 12.0.1 and IMAP folder syncing has always worked well, until recently when the Sent box would sporadically sync-- sometimes immediately, other times it would take hours to half a day. Even when I right-click the folder to force "Download Now", it does not work. or would need Folder repairs doesn't always work. The other folders work fine (Inbox, Inbox subfolders, Trash, etc) only the Sent folder is affected. However, on my iPhone, it syncs immediately, so it's a Thunderbird-Zoho
Domain setup change
Hi, I was looking at the different prices that are available for zoho and I wanted to do an upgrade. For some reason I had to enter a domain name and because I didn't realize I was going to be bound to that domain I just entered something. Mind you, I just wanted an upgrade so I can do Google Calendar sync. However, now I constantly see that name (gotinc) when I'm in my inbox (in the browser). I'm afraid it can or will be effecting other settings and I want to see this fixed before I actually pay

Domain alias group emails not being delivered
Hi there, I've migrated from Google Apps today and am having a problem receiving some emails. The main domain is bxclinic.co.uk I have set up a domain alias norfolkbiomechanicsclinic.co.uk I have a group reception@bxclinic.co.uk which has two members. Email to this group works perfectly. No emails sent to the domain alias reception@norfolkbiomechanicsclinic.co.uk arrive though So I am deducing that email alias domains don't route emails to groups. Is this correct, and how do I correct the situation?
Mail migration problem
I'm using your mail migration tool to move 11 Google Apps accounts to Zoho. I believe it is all set up correctly. The first account copied across 999 emails (according to your Migration information...I'm not 100% it's imported just 800-and-something, but that's the big issue). It seems to have stalled at 999. There's been no change in over an hour. The other ten accounts all show as being "In progress", but also report that "No data found for this account". Could you please let me know what's going

3rd IMAP lock out
Hello I have experience a third IMAP lock out. I even unblocked it and then within the next hour it was blocked again. Can you shed some light on what is causing these lockouts even though it says unknown reason on the unlock screen. Trouble Switching Domains

Zoho Email Stability and Support ?
Appreciate any feedback.. We recently migrated over to zoho for CRM and email about 2 weeks ago. We recognized during the first week that we were experiencing issues of not being able to read emails between our only 2 users. Basically we have been unable to email customers because of this for a week. Using exchange most of my career and Google for some time, email always just works :) Bottom line is i am paying for email. I cannot email. This is a major issue. I don't care how many users i have.
canno create email account
I have added my domain corporatefacilities.co.ke on Zoho mail. When i try to create 2 email accounts using username: info and sgachini, i get an error that the email accounts exists in another organization. What do i do yet the MX records for this domain already point to Zoho.
Duplicate Sent messages using Windows Mail
I use Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.1 on various devices, and when sending messages through Zoho Mail accounts, I get two copies of the sent messages in the Sent folder. I understand this is because Zoho automatically saves all outgoing messages sent via SMTP, and the mail client is also saving its own copy. However there isn't an option to change this on Windows Mail or Windows Phone. So is there a way of turning off this behaviour on the server end?

When I log into zoho, I see a Mail icon and Sites icon. I don't use Sites -- is there a way to remove this icon from showing every time I log in? Thanks

Migration troubles
I am attempting to migrate two email addresses from a xeams server running on a linux box. The migration connects and lists the imap folders, the number of emails in each folder but does not proceed to importing/migrating the listed emails. I can import only the INBOX folder if I try to connect with pop3. I really need this to work. I have the pst file from outllook for each imap account. Can I please have the tool to use that PST file to import?

Hello, do you have some smtp problems? A few messages we wanted to send during last few hours were not able to connect to smtp (tried from several clients and from Linux server) all using SSL protocol. After a while it was ok again. Do you have some long timeouts?
