Hi there I get this message everytime I try to create a new domain email I was wondering how to fix that problem if my account is disabled - I havent even set up an email with the domain I bought yet. Thanks
Multiple email accounts on one domain
Hi I have a domain email address X@DOMAIN.com I've migrated MX records to zoho and the imap service is excellent. To add Y@DOMAIN.com can I simply add user in zoho account or do I need to add user via my domain host. I'm slightly confused because when I add a user it asks me for an email address.. although creating the email address is the aim not the requirement. Thanks for and specific advice.. Outlook IMAP Migration Problem
I am having trouble migrating my Outlook business accounts to Zoho using Imap Migration. I create the migration with the correct outlook map settings, but when I want to add the accounts, it says the username and password of origin are not correct. Are Email-Ids Case sensitive?
Looks like email-ids are sensitive. I have a business email with Zoho. I tested it multiple times and emails to id with name accurately matching, works but for ex: if i change first alphabet in the email to upper case, the emails will bounce with eror: "Domain not resolved". This not the case in other email providers. kindly assist as we might miss emails from customers / client.

Weird Email Behavior - Missing Email text
Sending and receiving emails between internal users and external users. sometimes the text can be seen, and most other times it is suppressed and cannot be seen. I know its suppressed because in zoho if i click "Show original" , then Show Full Message, i can see the full text.. Even some issues and anomalies between the android client. Email not accessed via IMAP
We use Google Apps. Very happy with it. We want to access and work with our email through Zoho Recruit but it only supports POP3. No unread syncing, no push, no mailbox syncing etc etc. This is 10 year old kind of stuff.... IMAP was even on the first iPhone in 2007. POP3 is really bad. How to send emails from a secondary user
Hello, I registered to Zoho with myname@mydomain.com and I can send emails with this email address from Zoho's website. Then I added a new account: support@mydomain.com, the problem is that I cannot access the emails for this user. Need assistance - not receiving emails
Hello. A few days ago I added both MX records set to priority 10 and priority 20 as outlined in the instructions. I'm still not receiving emails. My domain is hosted through Weebly. Could the problem be that I also have other hosts pointing to the default set up in Weebly as copied below? I did not eliminate those after I added my Zoho MX records. Would that be the problem? Sent mail with attachments
I am trying to find an email with an attachment that I sent to someone in Sept 2013. Looking in the Zoho mail web page I can't find ANY mail back that far. If I use the Mail client on my Mac (I have IMAP set up for Zoho mail) I can find all the emails for that time, but any with attachments are blank, and show a continual "loading" indicator - and they never load. Does Zoho have a limit on the sent emails that it keeps? Thank you!

Can't send an email to my account
I cant seem to receive any emails to my account, I think I set it all up ok, changing MX settings and all that but when I try send myself a test email it just bounces back. Any thoughts what I'm doing wrong?
