"Mail Support is not available" -- message I get when calling US office
Can't get a hold of anyone at Zoho here in the US. I continue to get an automated message when I call in: "MAIL SUPPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE" Is there anyone working at the US office? I'm having problems sending emails via Zoho Mail.

HELP!!! Anyone else having issues with ZOHO MAIL in regards to sending new messages. I've been seeing it LAG and HANG for about a week now. And, today it's gotten worse. My internet speed is blazing fast as I have FIOS. It's not my internet connection. And, I've had this issue on my iMAC and on my windows laptop. Hi! I set up the free account to see how we like zoho. Email was working... I have several message in my inbox. But nothing is coming through now. I've sent test messages that are not received on the other end. And I am not getting test messages sent to me. MX records are set up properly and the domain was verified using HTML. It WAS working... what's going on?
POP 3 Invalid Security Certificate
Hi Guys, I have a number of 1 and 1 email accounts I have routed to Zoho Mail so I can have them all in one place. As of yesterday I am getting an Invalid Security Certificate message. THe accounts are showing up as disabled but when I take the action suggested (port change to 110 and unckeck SSL) it does not solve the problem. Please Help!! Thanks, Len

Migrating mail from domains.live.com (outlook.com) error
I have set up the migration who lull my hosted dominos emails from outlook using pop. I believe I have the settings properly created. However, when I attemp to add the account I receive an error message - the source server rejected your username or password. I checked to see if pop was turned on the outlook.com side and it is but this hasn't changef the result. Is there something on the zoho side that is set up incorrectly?
No migration: server not reachable
Good day, I fill out the migration fields (with the web hosting data), and push "add migration". After a short second (almost immediately) a red writing appears "Server not reachable". I checked the server name and port, and they are correct (paste and copy from the hosting provider). Any idea how to proceed? Thanks Bart
My web hosting expires
Good day, I want to keep only the email address for my domain - I have no intention of keeping an website any more on this domain - but the web hosting is expiring. Could you help with "parking" the domain somewhere, just to keep the emails (registered on zoho) running? Thanks Bart

Hi, I have accidentally deleted my email account joel_c@zoho.com via the control panel. I have tried signing up again using joel_c ... but it saying that username already taken, is it possible to release that user name so I can sign-up with it and start over again? Thanks, Joel Cumberland
Domain verification and lack of support
Lack of clear support driving me nuts!!! Can't verify my domain. Tried and tried yesterday and today. No one will answer the phone. No one will answer my emails. Just about to give up on Zoho and go somewhere else!!!!!!! No need to ask for help here as I doubt I'll get it!!!

Can't receive emails but I can send them?
Nobody can reply or send my email addresses (custom domain) but I can send emails to anyone. The only way I've been able to receive emails is if I send an email from my own domain to another email that ends in my same domain but I can't send it an email from my personal email. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong in the settings and mappings ?

Two Factor Authentication Issue
The last time I logged in via webmail I was asked to set up Two Factor Authentication. I did all the confirmations. However, MAC Mail would no longer allow me to connect to Zoho once this was done, for sending or receiving emails. So I had to disable 2FA. Not sure if this is a security feature or something, but just in case anyone else has this happen to them, I figured it was worth posting. This was very frustrating.

POP and SMTP failing from MAC Mail
I believe that since I added in that additional level of security (the one that ties SMS to my phone) that I have not been able to connect to the Zoho mail servers via POP, SMTP or even IMAP. Changing the settings of domain and zoho mail
I had signed up for zoho mail recently. As in the guide I had changed the MX records verified my domain and changed the txt record. But still It shows like this when I logged in. I can send mail but the mail cannot be received. Can anyone help me regarding this.

Access Zoho mail with POP from Mac
I am setting up a new Zoho account. I have not yet changed my MX records. I want to test first. I obviously have one address, my zoho administrator address. It currently has One Unread Message. I want to test that it is possible to access Zoho mail via POP3 from my Mac. I can access the account. It does not bring in the one unread message. Help??

Hello, I am not sure if Zoho Email System can do what I am trying to do without setting up an actual Exchange Server, I have a need to block users from sending emails outside their email domain, so if a user tries to send an email or forward an email to anything outside his Org he should get a non delivery or access denied message. Is that doable with Zoho? or is there any add-on that can accomplish this need? Or any other email hosting service out there that can support this "feature" Thanks, J.

Zoho import into gmail
Hello, I have tried to import my Zoho Mail into Gmail. I cannot setup the smtp server, in particular I do not receive any confirmation email to verify the account. Not connecting to SMTP after Yosemite upgrade
My account on Mac Mail was working perfectly fine until I updated my computer to Yosemite. I'm now unable send messages from my Zoho mail from Mac Mail. I am able to receive messages; just not send. It says that it cannot connect to the SMTP... Any suggestions?

I have not changed my mx records (as I am only testing at this point), but I have successfully configured zoho to regularly retrieve email from my existing POP3 account. If I log into Zoho with a web browser, all this email is visible in my inbox or spam folders, and appears to be correctly received. Can only receive emails from certain domains
Hi, I just registered my own domain (flyingvivaldi.com) with a mail account and tested by sending emails to this account from 3 domains. However, only emails from one of the domains (kamicat.com) get through. Emails sent from the other 2 domains (arcor.de and stevemann.net) never arrive. I know that emails from these 2 domains get through to other recipients, so the problem is not with the sending domains. Do you have any idea why this may be the case? Best regards, Steve

Spamming Issues
I really tried to make Zoho mail work for me, but it's just a no go. I realize I can't expect much from a free service, and while I do enjoy such benefits as 2-factor authentication, very fast webmail, IMAP support, Contact and Calendar Support, the Android App and most of the other features, I just can't make the Spam Filtering work for me. Sent emails not being delivered
I am using the free Zoho Mail plan for business. My domain is townin.com and I have set up an email sz@townin.com I have configured everything as shown in the setup process, added SPF records and Domain key verfication. I am also able to receive emails properly. The problem is that when I send an email from my zoho account, the sent emails are not being delivered.
