why can i not link my zoho account to my iphone 5s?
i have been attempting to intergrate my zoho account with my iphone so i can use it on the go but no matter what i do it will not work, can someone please help?

I have been trying to reach someone about this subject. I am able to send out emails from my paulina@nervydesign.com account but whenever I try to reach someone else from it it comes back as a mailer deamon account. Not sure what to do about it...Thank you!

Hi, I'm using the trial edition, and maxed out the 5 user trials. I deleted one user, and try to add another user but received a message that I have exceeded the 5 user license, where in the actual fact, only 4 users are there. Can help me here? Thanks.
Freeze display with googledrive or dropbox
When I open an email in preview and want to attach a file to dropbox or google drive but decided to cancel the display freezes, why? I have to restart Zoho mail to resolve the problem.

I can't read my email. In the middle of the screen it's written "loading" but then the email are not loaded.
Internet Explorer 8 stopped working
Yesterday my IE8 users ~30 could not get their Zoho mail. My FireFox users ~25 were all good. A box with 'Loading...' is all that displayed in the middle frame of my IE8 users. A javascript error at the lower left read the details of.. Message: Script error Line: 0 Char: 0 Code: 0 URI: https://js.zohostatic.com/zmail/v257/javascript/zmm.js Can you tell me what I need to do to get these working?
Black lines for addresses, CC, BCC and subject lines.
I cannot reply nor create & send a new email. For the address, CC, BCC and subject lines I have black lines. Cannot key anything into those lines or it reverts to black lines after I do key something in. What's happening? Laptop works for everything else. Two other email accounts with other .coms allow me to send emails and receive emails.

I'm wondering if there is some way to make one of my documents public? Not in the sense of sharing with others in a group. But make it public with a url that I can give to anyone? Is there a way to do this? Thanks!
Cannot add more users
I have always had 5 users, and recently deleted one to replace him with someone else. After deleting, when I try to add a new user (still within 5 free), I get this message: "Max user license limit reached. Please purchase/ugrade license to add more user(s) with mailboxes." I would really appreciate some help. Thanks.
Not responding on iPhone
I was able to hook up my email to zoho and it works fine on my computer, and my ipad. However it's iffy on my iPhone. Sometimes it works but other times I get a message saying that pop.zoho.com isn't responding. Even though it responds just fine on my ipad. Any idea why?

Can send but not receive emails.
Hi, I recently setup my Zoho mail account and everything was working perfectly. I could send and receive emails just fine. I have not made any changes to my domain/DNS settings or my Zoho Mail settings but now I can only send emails but not receive them. I have checked my records via mxtoolbox.com and it shows that my MX records point to Zoho.(mx.zohomail.com) and (mx2.zohomail.com) Can you please help me.
Can't open folders to show emails.
Hi, as reported by another user, I have not been able to see my emails on Zoho Mail for the last two days. All appears normal except unable to open any folder to view the emails. I have tried logging in several times. I have notifications I have unread emails but I can't see any emails in the email box. It will say "Loading" but nothing loads, all blank. Everything else in the toolboxes loads just fine.

Unable to send mail for verified domain from web interface
Sending mails to myself in Zoho web interface along the lines me@mydomain.com. Zohomail servers return 535 Auth failure to my existing (ie: pre-Zoho) mailbox. I have not changed MX records yet, but have added Zoho SPF to our domain records. We want to test outbound mails are working before we cut over our MX records. Is it not possible to send mail (as opposed to receiving it) without first changing MX records? Seems like it should be, and if so, what other reason could be causing this? Thanks, Mark
Unable to change name, nickname, gender or location
For some reason my own email (the super admin) has my name and nickname as kparnis, gender as unspecified and location as afghanistan I never entered this in and when trying to change it, it allows me to put in the name I do want (Mifkop in both), the correct gender and location and when I press save it says 'user profile saved successfully'- however it never actually does update. Please can this be corrected?
Windows Phone Recurring Password Request
Hi all, I beefed up my access requirements to access Zoho mail following Heartbleed scare. I now require code to be sent to my phone each time I log in. Unintended consequence of this is that each time I want to view emails on my Lumia 1520 Windows OS phone I am prompted to add password. Rather annoying. Do I need to adapt settings on phone or is this an issue on Zoho's side? Any help appreciated. Thanks Sean

hi, it would be great if spell checking could be automatically done before sending email, like in outlook and other email clients. I think your mail application is very good but this is annoying. I need to remember to spell check before sending. Mike

Dear, I just try to reset password of users email ID using admin control panel of 05 free email panel. after reset password, account didn't show under 'Mail Accounts' or 'User Details'.
